Definitely a fantastic choice in the middle of Aguas Calientes town. A very nice view, rooms full of light, a very good and fresh breakfast and the best: the beds so soft to sleep ! Thank you very much !

It's overrated hotel in trip advisor, not sure how they got such a high rating. Rooms were not conferable. Elevator was not working at night. Wifi was not working. I was disappointed staying here. I should have stayed somewhere else.

I stayed here 2 nights (pre/post) my recent trip to Macchu Picchu last October. The hotel is located a few blocks from the station and requires a bit of a hike but it is very well worth it. The hotel is nice and well above average for Aguas Calientes. The room/suite was huge so it might have been upgrade. The...

We really enjoyed our 2 nights at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was beautiful - bright, clean, and comfortable. There was a large selection of breakfast items on the buffet (which opened at 5am): lots of fresh fruits (and lots that were peeled, since we weren't drinking the tap water), stir-fried vegetables, a variety...

We stayed one night before heading to Manchu Pichu. The room was pleasantly large with a good sized washroom. The room faced the central square so was a little noisy until crowds went home at night. Good location to the strip with the restaurants, shops and hot springs.

This hotel is situated right on top of the hill. We stayed here for three nights on the 5th floor that has a balcony. We were treated to lovely views from the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean and spacious. Breakfast was the standard breakfasts that get served in hotels in Peru. It...

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. Great friendly front desk staff in a modern hotel at the top end of the town. A bit of an uphill walk from the train station, but in a quiet section of the town. Breakfast was included and a decent spread. Rooms were clean, comfy, and a good size as well....

Recently completed a three-night stay at this nice hotel. We were here for Dec 30, New Year's, and New Year's Day. Hotel staff was very friendly and totally accommodating. Desk manager gave us great recommendations for restaurants, helped arrange for us to have box lunches to take to Machu Picchu. Those lunches were $10 each. So much in each box...

The service at the front desk is good, and ifyou need to store your luggage (for example when going to Machu Picchu), the hotel will bring it to the railway station for you free of charge. Our room was very clean and confortable

We chose Taypikala for a one-night stay after visiting Machu Picchu. The hotel ison the high part of the city after a long, gentle climb from the station. The staff will come down and pick up your luggage for you so you won't have to carry them up. They will also take them to the station for you when you're...
