This hotel has U.S. outlets in each room, so no need for converters. The staff are hard-working and very friendly. EVERYthing is hand-carried up from the train station - your baggage, the food, and garbage taken away. The views from the higher rooms over the...More

We had a suit room with double jacuzzi bath and huge double bed. Nice fluffy white towels on bathroom. Place is very clean. Location is at top of the hill near the thermal baths. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this place.

I highly doubt it. Those are amenities higher star rated hotels would offer rarely hotels in this category.

The plugs are the flat 2 prong--same as US. But be aware, Peru has 220w, not 110w as in US. This is usually not an issue with phones, computers since these devices are able to convert the wattage.
