Our travel agent booked us a 1 night stay before going to Machu Picchu. A front desk woman met us at the train station and walked us to the hotel which is right on the Main Street. Our room was on the 4th floor on the end so we did have windows facing the river, however the building is very... More

Stayed at Killa Inn one night early November 2016. The hotel is uninspiring, the rooms are basic and tired. Breakfast is limited. The wifi does not reach the bedrooms - one has to be in the lobby to get reception. The noise from the passing trains is very loud. If you're only after a bed for a night, this might... More

As part of the tour we were doing for Machu Picchu, we were given our choice of three hotels to stay at in Aguas Calientes and we went with Killa Inn. If we could do it again, I'd probably take a gamble and maybe choose another one. For the good - location is decent...walkable from the train station and near... More

We loved Killa Inn! It was super convenient, clean and friendly staff. Also, we were able to leave our luggage there as we explored Machu Picchu. At night, you could hear the soothing water while walking through the hallways. The staff was super friendly, they gave us water bottles, and many recommendations. The rooms are pretty simple, but perfect for... More

Nice, clean hotel. Perfect for the night before going to Machu Picchu. Excellent Customer Service. Staff went out of their way to accommodate me after I was deserted by the travel company. Breakfast was specially provided at 4 am with a wake up call at 3 am! Wifi available. Just wish check out was later as with all accommodation in... More

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel Killa Inn in Aguas Calientes. The hotel is quite good (clean place, hot water...) but the waitresses weren't professionnel. After the reservation by the website, we had to phone the hotel after had to writte 3 mails with no answer for have a e-mail confirmation. Per 100 USD / night, I think that... More

We were met at the train station by hotel personnel and escorted back to the hotel. The check-in process was simple and quick. Our room, although small, was clean and had twin beds, Direct TV, WiFi, a portable electric heater and a nice bathroom/shower area. The shower water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast... More

We stayed here as part of a two day one night trip with Intrepid Travel. The hotel room was spotless, clean crisp and ironed bed linen, new towels in the bathroom and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only fault was that we did not get our early morning alarm call - but, our phones saved the day!!!! The... More

We were in a room at the end of the outside corridor on the second floor. The room itself was damp, smelly and very cramped. The sheets on the bed had holes in them and were stained. There was one large window which looked out onto a building site. The corridor overlooked next door's kitchen. There was a lot of... More

We stayed here for one day and night, waiting for a bus to Machu Picchu, the owner was very helpful, the rooms were excellent, the breakfast superb and she gave us food for the road. Worth every pence.
