Got booked in here for one night by our tour company (thanks Conde Travel). Met at the railway station by an unfriendly woman who led us back to the hostal, showed us the room and gave us a roll of toilet paper. Towels turned up later. No curtain in the room. Hot water arrived at the very end of a...

No hot water, towels, toilet paper. The room was very cold and smelled dusty. We didn't stay - left and found a hotel with hot water. Their seemed to be no-one in charge. Some random people watching TV at reception. Not great.

Disastrous experience. They left in charge of the hostel two girls from 12 to 14 years old. No wifi and the old woman who appeared the second day was no helpfull at all, rude, lyer. Cleaning was also poor.

We came to this hostel because was included on our trip. It was the worst experience on my life, they did not have toilet paper, we had to ask it. The hot water was not working, the manager of the hostel its mostly a 12~14 year old girl, so if you don't want to be part of child exploitation, don't...

I stayed at this hostel because it was included in a 4 day trek to Machu Picchu. The staff is not helpful or kind at all, the room was not well kept and I got completely bitten by bedbugs overnight (see picture of my ankle). I would NEVER recommend this hostel. I think these people should try to make an...

This was the final stop on our five day trek, and honestly I preferred the tents over this hostal. The staff was extremely rude, they did not want to give out towels - which we didn't need anyway since there was no hot water and bad water pressure.Wi-FI was only partially working down in the "lobby". I will never stay...

Though breakfast was supposed to be included, they did not provide it even when asked. Not only did they not give us what we payed for but they were really unfriendly when we kindly asked for it and laughed at us, then just ignored us. Furthermore there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was no window in the...

1. Mosquitos are very common yet the windows in both the room and the bathroom were left open. 2. Bathroom was poor as tap in sink did not work properly and toilet was constantly running. 3. No toilet paper was provided and had to be asked for. 4. Shower was very weak. 5. Internet didn't work at all.

This was the noisiest place I have ever stayed in by far. Aside from the other tourists who were staying here for one night and then waking up at 4am or 5am and talking as loudly as possible and being generally as rude as possible, there is also a school across the street which has nightly volleyball games all of...

That was the worst place during our stay in Peru. Noisy, tiny, uncomfortable, with poor breakfast. But quite clean. Please note that the hostel is in different location then showed on the map. On the address there is just a small bar where you get breakfast. The girl form the bar took us two streets further, by the corner, where...
