We stayed here overnight while visiting the ruins at Macchu Picchu. The hotel had someone meet us at the train station which was very handy and then we began the short walk to the hotel (note, that last part of this walk is up quite a few stairs!) The check in staff were very courteous and helpful, even calling our...

We were 4 and needed a place to stay one night in aguas calientes. The room was good with an upstairs loft -double bed and 2 twins downstairs. Great view, lots of hot water. Comfortable beds Breakfast was ok, wifi did not work. Staff was friendly & helpful. There was a 3 day power failure when we arrived and loud...

We were greated at the train by a very helpful and pleasant hotel worker, who helped us get our Machu Pichu tickets as well as our bus ticket to Machu Pichu. However, as the night was approaching and we started walking to the hotel, we were told the town has had a black out for the last 3 days. We...

Although this hotel has quite climb to reach its front door, it is quiet and away from the buzzing streets of Aguascalientes. The rooms are clean and you actually feel like you are staying in a tree house. The Wifi isn't great but you can pick up a stronger signal in the Tree House restaurant where you receive free breakfast...

The lodge is fairly basic but comfortable and has great character. We spent one night there and left a purse behind containing English cash and cards but didn't discover the loss until our return to England several days later. Meanwhile it had been handed in to a 'Chimu Adventures' rep who arranged for it to be sent back to the...

the main reason of me choosing this place is that they have beautiful tree house located higher than the other building in Aguas Calientes. Yes higher. Why higher is crucial? If not higher, your hotel view will overlooking those other buildings & houses roofs. Please be aware that I stay at room no. 5 which was reviewed as the best...

On the recommendation of friends, we booked the panoramic room (#5) at Rupa Wasi. Wow, what a view!--over the town to a sheer cliff directly in front of us. We could even see some of the terracing of Machu Picchu from our window. Rooms are quirky, but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was quite good. Carla, one...

This place could be more. It has a cool feel when you enter the initial patio area, but the rooms themselves were a little disappointing. The pluses - nice white cotton bedding & a good breakfast included (in the attached Treehouse Restaurant), which includes, not the best, but still real coffee! The bad points - the walls or ceilings are...

I stayed in the room with the panoramic view and the view is amazing from the bed up in the loft. After days of hiking and sleeping in a tent and then a night in a subpar hostel, this place felt like paradise. This is a very small establishment with a handful of rooms available. I was with a small...

I had high hopes and booked this room instead of the recommended more standard hotels. I would never stay here again. The windows and bathrooms were dirty and not updated in years. The restaurant serves good food but is expensive.
