We had one night here and it was a lovely stay. We had a triple room which was very spacious with a great bathroom/shower. The beds were very comfortable with nice duvets. There are a lot of stairs here so keep that in mind. The breakfast buffet was quite a spread though I was disappointed a bit in the freshness...

Probably the best hotel in the Machu Picchu pueblo (Aqua Calientes) area. Friendly staff, good accommodation and dinner included! The pueblo itself isn't the best place you'll visit in Peru but you don't need to leave the hotel if you don't wish to!

This was a lovely hotel in a lovely location, in a lovely town. Although we only spent one night here, I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this hotel. It was a very short walk to the train station, the town center, fine restaurants, and the handicrafts market place. . The hotel was very clean and comfortable as well as offered all...

Located on the uphill slope in Machu Picchu Pueblo, this hotel offers a great restaurant with an outstanding buffet and menu service, a bar with a gender neutral bathroom, and a very comfortable reception area. We stayed here overnight as part of our tour of Machu Picchu, and while there were some issues with our room, (humidity, proximity to outdoor...

Very nice hotel located in the heart of Machu Picchu. Comfortable beds, although we would have preferred one queen instead of two twins. Great shower. Restaurant served very good dinners and the buffet breakfast was outstanding, including made to order omelettes.Excellent shampoo and body wash. Body lotion would have been welcomed, as when packing everything in a back pack for...

The off handed check in set the tone for the entire stay. Rooms ok but not a box of tissues or pen and paper. Went to the restaurant for dinner, 6 other patrons there but 3 wait staff standing around talking. After being ignored for too long we ordered room service. After an hour I phoned reception and was told...

Stayed here for (sadly) just the one night after completing the Inca Trail. Very modern hotel, the room well laid out with a very comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Robes and toiletries provided. All staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. There's a bar with inside and outside seating offering a wide range of drinks, including cocktails! The spa...

Stayed for just 1 night but 2 full days. From our arrival to departure we received great service. Room was neat clean and comfortable. Breakfast was by far the best we had since being in Peru. The evening vibe in the bar area is great. The hotel is centrally located. Both our lunches that we had were above average in...

Centrally located, clean, and comfortable with an amazing staff. When enjoying the excellent breakfast buffer, be certain not to miss the egg station, located at the grill outside. I only wish I could have spent more time here.

OAT, our travel group, arranged our stay at this hotel, well above the normal. Clean & well appointed rooms, good restaurant & bar. Not inexpensive but worth the stay after a trek to Machu Pichu. The hotel even has a spa.
