the hotel is located in the heart of the turistic village ; so all restaurants and shops are around. Walking distance to train and bus to Machu Pichu. Room is very small , no heater . Construction is on the way beside the room . Front desk service is ok.

I wasn’t expecting much but received even less! A basic room which had a bed and a TV and a view of a brick wall. One duvet cover had blood stains on it. Good shower. Badly frayed towel. Wifi in reception. Breakfast OK. However I think I was bitten by bed bugs!!!

Awesome hotel. We stayed in room 102 so had wi-fi access in our room. The room was spacious, the view unbelievable. The staff were so helpful. I'd highly recommend this place. It's central. The beds were so comfortable. The only negative I experienced was the constant construction noise from next door (even at 3am on a Sunday morning there was...

So the hotel was so so. No hot water when I was there one night however, my travel company had failed to secure my reservation and it was a holiday weekend so it was very busy. The staff went out of their way to make calls, search other hostels and eventually find me a spot. I was so grateful. They...

We stayed here overnight on our Machu Pichu trip. This is a very basic hotel, no frills. The location is good, its in the center of the town but thats probably the only thing going for it. The lobby is very shabby, there is not heating system in the hotel. The nights are cold in July and we had no...

I have absolutely no complaints with this hotel after camping on the Inca Trail (which was actually awesome, as well). Water was really, really hot! Bed was VERY comfortable! Location to restaurants, etc was good! Breakfast was very good with long hours, starting early for those taking the bus to Machu Pucchu. The only complaint might be the noisy street,...

We stayed (4 people in 2 rooms) in late May 2016. Many issues with this hotel. We came back one day to find our room cleaned, but the door was unlocked. Fortunately, nothing was taken and we informed the front desk, who simply apologized. On another occasion, our friend was changing in their room across the hall, and hotel staff...

We only stayed for one night and there was nothing horrible about it, but I would not choose to stay here again. As at least one other reviewer mentioned, it is in an extremely noisy area of town, so I was very tired the next day. Breakfast is serviceable but not as good as the two other inns we stayed...

I was in Aguascalientes like everyone else, to see Macchu Picchu. I stayed the night here at the inti inn hotel and it was VERY good. The charger for my phone broke and I needed to get one so they drew a map for me and told me which store to go to. I also couldn't find my guide for...
