Let me first say that the staff at the Inti Inn are wonderful, just as we found in all the hotels that we stayed in during our 3 week stay in Peru. The Inti Inn tries hard to please, but its location amidst the on going construction , and unfinished buildings in Aguas Calientes is hard to overcome. It was...

This hotel was close to the buses for Machu Picchu, the excellent handicrafts market and the Inkaterra Machu Picchu which has great dining. The beds were warm and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and had large showers. A three floor walkup with many different levels make for an interesting interior experience. The hotel staff was helpful and efficient, storing luggage...

We stayed here after spending the day at Machu Picchu, and the hotel was welcoming and had two bottles of water in our room for free (no other hotel we stayed at did this). Our room was small, and about as "rustic" as we had read it would be in our guidebook. The electrical wall outlet shocked me when I...

We arrived at the Inti Inn after doing the Inca Trail and were very pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable it was. Very pleasant and helpful staff, welcome hot shower and comfortable beds. Just what we needed. Yes, we would use Inti Inn again.

Mate and I arrived on the train from Cusco and the luggage was collected and taken to the hotel while we went and explored Machupicchu immediately. On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and finalising booking in was a piece of cake. We had a twin on the top floor looking towards teh river across a courtyard of a...

My mother and I stayed at the Inti Inn for 1 night in May 2006. The location was a shortish walk up from the train. A little steep - but my mother (74) had no problem with it. We were pleasantly surprised. The bedding was delightful. The bathroom was very good also. The view was nothing to write home about...

Comfortable rooms on about 8 half-levels. Down duvets, lots of windows, bath toiletries and hairdryers. Breakfast just OK. A little trouble w/ hot water and consistant water flow in shower, maybe because of top floor room.
