The lady at the reception put a very load music from early the morning to late the evening. I had to ask her to put the volume down several times and she was grumpy. Also, they promise us that the breakfast was included but when we asked for it, the grumpy lady said that we didn't understand and that the...

Five different people kept approaching us on our way to plaza de arma after getting off a late bus, and eventually we caved in and got a room. It was extremely tiny, had one plug for a phone charger. Worst of all was that the bathroom was "in" the hallway, built as an extra box but with no roof -...

A " tour agent" which solicited us brought us to here when booking a fake tour of the Nazca lines. Few other tour guides tried to solicit our business and then started to recommend each other. We wanted to take the airplane tour but she told us it was not operational and tried to charge us 80 per person with...

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE. the rooms are not clean and the beds have bed bugs!! The staff are rude and the bathrooms are dirty. Not worth the low price! DONT RUIN YOUR TRIP BY STAYING HERE! Better to spend a little more somewhere else than stay here.

But breakfast - we got the usual bread rolls, butter, jam and juice. And milk. And hot water. But no tea or coffee. We asked the girl serving and the owner. But we were assured this...

Granted, it is cheap and granted, the location is nice. But contrary to what their business card said, breakfast was not included. The morning crew told us we had to pay full price for the room in order to be served. When we told them we had, we got our breakfast. Well, some stale bread buns with one satchel of...

We arrived in Nazca from the night bus with no reservation and this hotel was centrally located: for 70soles we stayed for one night with breakfast included. Unfortunately the room didn't have a window facing the outside world but only on the inner patio. On the other hand, the room was clean and the shower hot. If you're checking in...
