This is a lovely retreat hotel set in nice surroundings with good walks around the lake. The hotel offers 10 pin bowling, Billiards, pool, sauna, gym and all facilities expected at a four star hotel. The rooms are spacious with good facilities and every room has a balcony. A good tip is to ask for a room facing the lake and sunrise and sunsets are relaxing. The food is exceptional although it does not come piping hot. There is a very varied menu which is changed on a daily basis. The staff work hard to ensure that everything is right. As it is in a good location for a retreat it makes it little difficult to get to the city for those wishing to shop. The jazz club on the fourth floor is well worth a visit. Definitely the place to come to relax and unwind.

I like Palic, its lake and surroundings, restaurants, and the quietness you can finde there. But the hotel Jezero offers only very basic services. The sheets are clean and you won't catch an infection there, and the staff is nice, as they can be living in underdeveloped Eastern European country. But the rooms are small, mini bar is a joke, offer of TV channels is limited, the heating is bad and there is never enough hot water in the shower. The breakfast is very bad, with cold scrembeld eggs, suspiciously looking furits, awful coffee etc. The complimentary wi fi is there, although not working all the time. Overall impression of the service is that you had somehow ended up in mid-70s, somewhere in the East. I mean, the staff is polite, and the bed is clean, and the food is eatable, but I don't think nowadays that's enough.
