Room are nice and clean, with comfortable beds, TV and nice view on pedestrian part, or hotel garden. Bathrooms are nice and cleaned every day. Spa center is on very high level, with all content which you need for relax and enjoy. You are also able to order massage. Restaurant and food are great, you can chose between traditional Serbian...

We stopped here for lunch and as it was my birthday, there was a surprise birthday cake for me. The hotel itself has a vintage and colonial look about it with a nice flower garden. I did not actually stay in the hotel but it seemed a good and friendly hotel.

Nice, old-Europe style building from the outside, but it has a run-down feel & musty smell inside. Pretty poor buffet dinner with awful music. The "spa" is brazenly misrepresented online. It's tiny, cold, and able to accommodate max. 5 people at a time. Never again.

Old stile - rustique; helpful staff; needs a bit of renovation - rooms particularly; excellent location; very good quality Serbian food; haven't tried spa facilities; nice balcony and a garden in front of a hotel

What is promised on the web page does not correspond with reality. The place is run down and badly maintained. The tiles on the stairs entering to the reception are broken, carpets in our room were stainy, sheets too short so you find yourself laying on the matrass in the morning with no cover...The heating is done with the air...

I stayed here for a weekend and I really got to rest, which was the intention the whole time. Hote was very nicely decorated form Christmas and almost resembled a little chocolate box. The staff is excellent - these people are genuinely nice, and I felt pampered all the time. The food is excellent - fresh and home made, from...

Very misleading information given. No 24 hour check in although I was told there was. They do not accept visa or MasterCard but I was not told. I had to deposit money into account which took time as I do not speak Serbian & was threatened multiple times. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

I have stayed 3 times in this hotel over the last 3-4 years and every single time I was very satisfied with my choice. It is located very near the main promenade, but noise it still far away. Every time I had a different room and some are bigger, some smaller, but very comfortable. The onlz thing I did not...

I stayed in the Aleksandar during a two-day business trip in early October. The service was extremely friendly and immediately addressed the problem with the internet connection in my room. The breakfast was delicious, definitely not the regular buffet, but many home-made specialties (my favorite being the yummmie apricot jam). However, the spa in the basement was a disappointment; in...

The hotel was beautiful, clean and the room were nice! Really bad that they only have free wi-fi in the lobby. The manager wasn't really friendly and we wanted to eat something in the Italian restaurant of the hotel at 7 o clock (the open at 6 o clock) and the staff told us we couldnt stay to eat because...
