We paid a deposit but, after one look at the hotel and our room, didn't stay and lost the deposit. The place was so sad and tired looking, nothing like the pictures. Just a depressing place. Why stay there on your vacation?

We stayed one night at Dulyana. It's right in the center of Anuradapura town. Rooms are clean and tidy, air conditioning worked well. Beds were comfortable. We chose the local breakfast option and it was very good. You can see the most of the city from the rooftop. Service was very attentive and good. It was a little hard to...

For that price, you can do better. Location is convenient, in town. However, Aircon smelt of pee, and the hotel corridors were dull, poorly lit. It is in dire need of renovation. This made the hotel a bit of a ghost town, there was only 2 staff the entire time.

A no-frills hotel with amazing rooms and great food. Staff is very helpful too. Situated right in the city itself. Very close to all historical sites. The price is well worth it and a definitely great place.

A very good and a new town hotel situated very closely to the train station and to the town in the heart of Anuradhapura. A good base hotel to visit most of the attractions in the cultural city. A very basic hotel and the food was also basic..

This hotel has large and clean rooms. For the rest everythong is average and quite ok for the price. The breakfast is also ok. The only negative point is that there is no atmosphere and you might feel lost alone in the hotel.

The first problem I encountered was to locate the place as the name boards are not displayed very prominantly. A small car park is available just opposite the entrance but could be fully occupied at times. The hotel is situated in a building which houses a clothing store at its ground floor which appeared a bit awkward at first glance....

An over night stay on a business trip. The first impression is is a bit irritating , the parking lot is on the opposite side , so you have to lug your bags in a bit inconveniently .The carpeted public areas smell musty as if there is not much hoovering and shampooing done. The rooms are large and clean, the toilets are...

After a one-night visit last year we returned for three days in May. Staff at the hotel were welcoming again, being both friendly and professional - especially Subhash. The rooms were excellent - large, spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. As it was off-season there were only a few guests and we appreciated the hotel staff asking us to choose...
