We stayed here for our last two nights in Sri Lanka. We paid our highest rate during our stay of $60 a night with breakfast included for a superior room with A/C. The pros of the place were the friendliness of the lady on the desk, the staff at breakfast, the breakfast itself! The rooms are cleaned daily. They sell...

Hi TKandJT :-) Thank you very much for a great review. It was indeed a pleasure to serve you and we are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. On behalf of my team I would also like to thank you for raising the concern regarding the Kandyan Dance Performance reservations as we were not previously aware of this....

I visited this place with my family for two nights, and I’m sorry I stayed. It wasn’t worth the money, and given the good rates I thought I’d get something better. Now it just felt overpriced. The rooms were clean but quite small, and there were no good areas to hang around, which is a real nuisance as Kandy isn’t...

Stayed here for only one night in December after Xmas. Great location. Staff are very friendly, helpful and generally fantastic. Rooms are very clean. Beds quite comfy. I loved my smiley face fried egg breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

This family run establishment stands out for its effervescence and warmth. We stayed for a day and right from the check in it was an unforgettable experience. They quickly explain the main attractions, the room was neat, comfortable and with a clean bathroom. Best wifi of our Sri Lanka trip so far. Don't miss the breakfast here, not something elaborate...

This hotel is a great value. The location is very convenient to the train station, temple of the tooth, and the downtown area KCC (Kandy City Center). Even though it's close to the train station, I might suggest taking a tuk tuk vs. walking, if you have any type of rolling suitcase, as walkable sidewalk area is limited and you...

Located about 10-15 minutes’ walk from the railway station, or a few minutes and about 100 rupees in a tok tok its quite a good place to stop if arriving by train. It’s also about 15 minutes’ walk from the lake and about 20 minutes easy walk from the Temple of the Tooth. We had a warm welcome when we...

Room and toilet are clean. A very basic room, sufficient for us to stay over before heading off to Colombo as it is within walking station to the train station. The housekeeper is very attentive to our needs. Knowing how early we are setting off, he came up to help us with our bags and tried to get a tuk...

I stayed here for a week and I was pleased with the room I occupied as it had direct access to the roof garden. Basically, it was like having a private garden. Even though the hotel is on a busy road, I found my room quiet which was above the road. I found the staff helpful and always smiling. It...

Great location near the bus and train stations, 10 minute's walk to the main part of town. I was greeted with a cold face cloth - a nice touch in the heat! The room was very modern and chic, though a bit dark. Plenty of hot water. The owner prepared a lovely fruit platter with curd for me for breakfast,...
