We stayed for three nights in this place. It is a little outside of Kandy, but you can easily walk to the centre of Kandy. The room was nice and clean and we had a warm welcome with tea. The food, homemade, was excellent and the gave us good advice about our trip in Sri Lanka. We really loved it!

Lovely place to stay with relaxing garden and good Sri Lankan food but a bit far away from the central city for me - it's a 10 minute tuk tuk ride or a good half hour walk, which does put you off short interludes of shopping, city sight seeing and trying a range of eating places. Personal view. Only Wi-Fi...

We stayed at St Bridgets for two nights during the early part of our Sri Lankan trip. We were immediately struck by how welcoming and friendly Pipi, Tusara and the rest of the staff were. Dinner on the first night was fantastic, especially as it was our first experience of authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. The second nights food wasn't quite...

Confortable. Cute. Cosy. Green and calm setting in the forest with monkeys and funky birds. Unlike in other reviews where we read the food was outstanding, we found it average. Usual rice and curry like everywhere else. It’s a 20-30 min walk to downtown, but tuktuk drivers know the place. Pipi is a host that wants to talk with her...

Such a wonderful guest house in the middle of the forest! Quiet and peaceful. Wonderful service and food! Must try their dinner!! The rooms are really nice and the beds are comfortable. We had a really great time here, and it is just a tuktuk ride away from the center.

Yes, it's worth being a little out of town. This place is delightful. After a gruelling journey, we were treated to a restorative cup of tea and ginger biscuits - thank you, Pipi! Lovely food, very nice rooms, good advice. Cool trees surrounding the guest house, filled with birds, and fire flies at night. So pleased that we stayed for...
