Good Food, Location (near Sigiriya rock), service and nice rooms in a leafy setting. We had a pleasant stay in this lovely hotel which has a nice view of the rock. Staff were lovely. Recommend staying here if you are in Sigirya. We based ourselves here and travelled daily to other sites for our 4 day stay in the cultural...

Sigiriya Village is, for sure, one of the best hotels in Sigiriya. Only for the reason, that you can take a bath in the swimmingpool looking at the famous rock as a landscape is just enought to be selected as on of the bests. But the village is amazing too. Monkeys, tourtles, vegetation, everything perfect, as a wild zone. Rooms...

Loved this hotel. Chalets were clean and spacious and the beds really comfy. Massive shower and very large bathroom was an added bonus! The staff were friendly and attentive and the food (buffet) was excellent. The open plan bar/restaurant was beautiful and had great views of Sigiriya. We only stayed for one night but would love to stay for longer...

We had a 3 night stay at the Sigiriya Village hotel.First the positives. Hotel is set on a tranquil area, like a Bali retreat.the staff were nice and friendly. the spa was excellent and offered great value for money massages. Now the negatives.Whilst our room was clean and the bathroom had a great shower, the air conditioning was leaking water down...

Stayed one night with my family. Sigiriya rock can be seen from the swimming pool area. Food was great. Rooms are good & located in a quiet area. Very friendly staff & they treated us very well. WIFI is available at only lobby area.

I was surprised when I found this luxury hotel next to the Sigiriya rock. It feels like a resort in Bali. The food was great and the breakfast was exceptional. The atmosphere was very warm and comfortable. You can even see the rock from the swimming pool. I stayed there for two separate nights: on the first night they upgraded...

Booked this property for a two night stay through Booking .com. The pictures and the ambience is what you see in the website. Great. On reaching, in spite of being locals , we had trouble communicating our requests to the staff who were friendly but completely clueless on providing any sort of information or itinerary changes needed. The rooms are...

Had done the booking through a Holiday Planner, did not have much expectations, and did not care much as it was only night in Sigiriya. Was very pleasantly surprised, very well laid out property, nicely landscaped and nice little cottages. Spacious and very well done, gave a very nice feel of a village. The dining area was very good, spacious...

Loved the place. Great view of sigiriya rock from the pool area. Nicely built cottage and feeling of nature embracing you. Recommend spend couple of days. Close to local tourist spots. Old country feeling with great buffet spread. Beware of monkeys visiting your tables though
