This is a older motel that has been remodeled recently. New flat screen TVs, frig, new furniture and paint. The room was clean and comfortable. No extras like breakfast, but priced reasonably. Nice to see people who invest in older property.

We made reservations to stay here prior to our trip to Kissimmee. Very easy to get to off freeway! An older motel, but very clean! We were able to park directly in front of our room within feet of our door! This place had the best TV channel selection we have ever seen, as well as picture quality! I know...

The motel was off putting from the street. The place was clean, quiet and affordable. I would not say this was a family hotel but maybe in the summer it is. The people were friendly, the rooms clean, the place was quiet. I did not see tourist staying there but I was only there for 1 night then off to...

This little motel is a gem. It is affordable, clean, sparkling clean actually, and the staff friendly. Parking with a uhaul and trailer was a bit of a challenge. The rooms were odor free (nonsmoking) and the coffee pot, micro and fridge were clean and working.

Friendly staff, reasonably clean room, no bad odors, clean bedding, adequate towels, heating worked perfectly, great water pressure in the shower. Did I mention the price....with tax, total was just $55. At that price, this place is a heck of a deal. Highly recommend .

We found this place last February on our way back to Minnesota. Wrote a very positive review (ONLY thing I could think of then to complain about was there was no Kleenex in the room, which wasn’t a big deal). Planned our trip south to be able to stay again. Found a coupon in the travel book along the I-system....

My wife and I were on a trip to Biloxi and needed a stop over for the night. I read a lot of reviews for hotels in thy he area and was impressed by the favorable ones for this motel. We booked our stay and I have to say we were not dissapointed. It was very clean and the staff...

This old fashioned motel is quite a pleasant surprise! It's been renovated inside & out with fresh paint, new furniture & mattresses. It's a one- story structure where you park right outside your room - which is really handy. The manager on duty, Don, checked with us to be certain we were satisfied. Rates are reasonable & we were more...

Room is typical of small, franchise motels. Was VERY clean, however the chain lock was broken (door had 2 other locks, both deadbolts). Furniture was a little worn, scratches on the table, scuffs on the headboard. Bathroom and vanity were spotless and in perfect working condition. Shower had great water pressure. Area seemed a bit sketchy on arrival. Parking lot...

You will not be disappointed. So happy I read the positive reviews first...wouldn't have chosen this clean, friendly, perfectly nice motel otherwise. Checked all my "boxes" for a quick (6 hour) place to rest, shower, have a cup of coffee and get back on the road: Safe, clean, friendly owner, well lit, good shower pressure, good mirrors, outlets, fridge, well...

“Rooms had refrigerator and microwaves. No breakfast. Jacks had really good coffee and this was nearly across the street.”

“A room as far away from the main street will be good as the traffic on the main street early morning will otherwise disturb your sleep.”

“These are basic rooms from from a by-gone era. They are much smaller than you may be accustomed to staying in on your travels. For their size, they are well furnished. The TV's work great, the pool is nice and the value is off the chart!!! You can spend more money and get less, if you wish, but this was a great stop on my last night away from home!!!”
