Thank you Rouma, our hostess at Amaaya, for providing an satisfying stay. This was our first stay in a homestay in Delhi, and we found the place tasteful and peaceful. The place is much better than a hotel, specially for a long stay. The place is comfortable, neat and tidy, with sufficient amenities for a routine living. Highly recommended for...

This guest house is in a lovely quiet area within walking distance of Hanumans tomb. It is a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 of the rooms rented out. The room was large with a nice balcony but the bed was very hard! The owner is very friendly and offers great advise. We were disappointed that there is no Indian breakfast...

I stayed with a friend at Amaaya in January and couldn't agree more about how excellent a stay Rouma offers her guests. It was our last stop in India, where we stayed in lovely new and old hotels along the way but Amaaya was certainly the jewel in the crown, a perfect note to end on. I would be surprised...

My husband and I stayed at Amaaya guesthouse for three nights in December with our two teenage daughters, it was our first trip to India and Dehli was our first stop. Ruuma had organised a driver to pick us up and she had a beautiful meal waiting for us, and even though it was 10pm at night she was cheerfully...

It's a home away from home!! Rouma and her staff took great care to make it easy for a single traveller to feel welcome in confusing New Delhi! Also, the exceptional cold weather was tackeled with a generous supply of hotwater bottles and delicious Chai Masala! All questions were taken care of and most helpfully solved! Great place also for...

My friend and I came across Amaaya when trying to book with another B and B that was already full. We were very happy with the clean, safe, and comfortable accommodations that include a very nice breakfast. Ruuma was helpful with the errands we needed to take care of before attending a wedding. She advised us where to change money,...

Amaaya offers two comfortable rooms in stylish, quiet and green Nizamuddin East. Breakfast is served in the large and elegantly decorated public space. It's almost worth staying here just to see some of the quality contemporary art hanging on the wall. Your host Ruoma has a subtle touch in understanding just how much space and contact you want. Amaaya offers...

I recently stayed at Amaaya with my two daughters who were visiting India for the first time. I cannot speak too highly of the wonderful hospitality and warmth we received from the owner, Rouma. She welcomed us as almost family members from the start and could not do enough to make our initial stay, and a final shorter one before...
