Room cleaning service was excellent. Mr. Omvir Singh of housekeeping staff took really good care of us. He was attentive to every minute request of ours.
Initially we were let down by their backend office as they provided smoking room on arrival , disregarding our original booking for a nonsmoking room.
Also no one assisted us in handling our heavy luggage to and from scanner conveyor. The baggage assisting staff at the entrance was missing in action. The room cost was about half of other hotels like Holiday Inn, with breakfast included. The pick up from the Airport was reasonable and not too costly. The check in was chaotic, with 30 people waiting in line and each taking a large chunk of time. This hotel never picked up their phone when I had called to arrange pick-up, and I spoke to the manager on duty about it: and he seemed unconcerned!
The room was a typical Ibis property, on the small side. But it could have been cleaner, and I found 2 hairs stuck on the bathroom door! I was not given a luggage tag and I had to rush down to make sure they didn't lose my luggage. They had free drinking water in rooms with the large glass bottles which any guest can ask for as much as they want.
The food in the restaurant was nice, and they give 50% off for residents and that brings down the food cost substantially! My request for a late check out was accommodated and I checked out at 12.30 pm.
Would I stay here again? Yes, if the prices in the other hotels were high!

I stayed at the Ibis New Delhi Aerocity in March 10th 2025 and I was quite disappointed. After making a reservation (using the mobile, in the road to Delhi) and receiving a message that my reservation was confirmed (it was not necessary to give the credit card number for that), this same reservation was cancelled and my data was forwarded to another company (without my knowledge or authorization) so I could "keep the reservation", paying an extra fee (total U$40 extra) for that. All this happened when I was very close to the hotel (when the taxi was about to arrive), and I wonder if my GPS location was monitored and had been shared with the other company. To make things worst, at the check in they explained to me that the second reservation was handled by an outside company and they could do nothing about it, as if they where not responsible for what had happened.
The room is pathetic, with a bathroom that looks and feel like an airplane washroom, all made by cheap plastic walls. Noise all night from the street (loud music, sirens, horns) and from the airport (I could clearly hear airplanes landing and departing). The latch in the bathroom door only closes if you push the door with some effort, and you can hear this noise from the neighboring rooms (being an airport hotel, this adds to the continuous noise in the room, non-stop).
To ruim completely my experience, during breakfast I spotted a small roach crawling around in the top of the counter where breads were served.
Definitely the management should look seriously at their practices, if for no other reason, to preserve the brand. Certainly this "budget" option (I paid U$ 140.00 total) is the last option, with much better choices around and I do not recommend it to anyone.
To be fair with the personnel, they were courteous and ready to help. The entrance lobby is well appointed, having a dynamic look (not at all what we find inside the rooms). Restaurant was ok, with a dinner buffet service for 1500 rupees (with taxes, per person). The proximity to the airport is a plus (a cab ride can be safely arranged for 900 rupees), but next time I will rather pay a bit more and stay in a reliable place, where a much needed night of sleep is not a question of luck.

I stayed 2 nights. Cleaning staff came to my room around midday and asked me to fill out repetition in front of him. Idk it’s Indian culture but it was uncomfortable. The room atmosphere isn’t bad but bed sheets was little bit wet when I entered. I paid hotel fee when I checked in but couldn’t change currency after paying because of their bank system. I’m member of Accor and Accor hotels in other countries don’t have this kind of problem so be careful when you pay and stay.

This is my second stay at Ibis Aerocity; it's a very convenient and comfortable hotel for short stays near IGI Delhi Airport. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful, the rooms are small but clean and pleasant, and the buffet breakfast is quite good. I especially appreciate the nonsmoking rooms, as I am sensitive to the smell of cigarettes.
Rooms are generally quiet, but you can hear noisy neighbors in the hallway and around you on occasion (not bad, but bring ear plugs if you are very sensitive). The bathrooms are somewhat unique-- very compact, plastic lavatories that meet all needs but feel a little like you are on a ship or airplane. Mine was a bit dated with a few stains and broken seams, but very clean.
Price is typical Aerocity high; other hotels in the area might offer a bit more space and amenities for roughly the same price. But this is certainly a clean, well-run option. Easy to get to terminals with Uber (quite a bit cheaper than a cab). Cheers--

Expensive for an ibis that wants 3 stars but the rooms are only 2 stars in size even if being loyal, with their acrylic bathroom novation rather ugly it must be said. Otherwise little illusion with bcp choice certainly but in ultra low cost it is not good at all. excellent coffee it is to note. Forget the room service an hour for a salad that is not even the one I chose and the housekeeper who does not speak English 🙄 For half the price on the way away (Okhla or Gurgaon) we find 4 and 5 stars at the top. We pay for the proximity to the airport of course.

I am an accor member and a medical device manufacturer, traveling all over the globe for work related matter all Most of all times, I carry life-saving medical devices and surgical instruments to almost everywhere ...the front desk after receiving my money informed me that surgical instruments will not be allowed to be taken to my room as security reasons and considered it as a threat to the hotel ...I explained to them that these products are surgical instruments i brought them by flight and in metro with no objection and they want I can open and show the contents ...I was also ready to show all my credentials as a legit business and the product I carry is no threat nor am I a threat to hotel n their guest security ...
After me saying that If my laguage is not allowed then I need refund and i can not stay as I want my baggage with me ...after my due persuasion, they agreed to open my bag in front of all the other guest and not in privacy ...and found nothing objectionable...and then obliged me with room and allowed baggae ....as it was raining very bad outside ...I did not had option to go to other hotel and had to check in
