I've stayed many times before. It's always fantastic. Two highlights to report this time: the charming concierge, Kohsheen, made sure that I could use taxis despite having no cash because of demonetisation; really great service. And The Spice Route restaurant served the best prawns I've eaten. Will be back in January!

From the moment I entered the hotel I felt like I was staying in a palace! Furnishings, facilities and staff were excellent. Just staying at the hotel was an experience. Numerous quality restaurants were located within the hotel. A reasonably priced car and driver were available through the hotel. The driver that accompanied me, Ajeet, was courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and...

The hotel building / architecture - fabulous. The hotel interior furnishings / decor / period features / antiques - absolutely beautiful. Even if you are not staying at The Imperial it's worth a visit. It's odd, that when I booked The Imperial some months earlier, I was worried that it would be like staying in a museum. The hotel chaffeur...

From our arrival to check out our stay was great. We asked the hotel to help with the airport transfers which was well organized. The room was large and had all the amenities :) I even left my shoes outside the door and they were cleaned and polished by 5am. The bed is comfortable and large, and they also have...

Everything about this hotel echoes the best of the days of the Raj. It is one of the most stylish hotels you will ever visit in Inda. A calm oasis in an otherwise manic city, the Bar is a quiet haven of relaxation, the bar staff ultra-attentive without being intrusive, the rooms are simply perfect. The restaurants are World class...

We did not stay at the hotel but were told, while in Delhi, to take in their fabulous Sunday brunch. The quality and variety of food was amazing and well worth the somewhat high price. The garden sitting area was calm and enjoyable. Service was impeccable. One warning: pace your self in order to enjoy much of what is offered!

Not only is this a beautiful luxury hotel, with a great staff and lots of on site restaurants and activities but it is an oasis for the mind and body in the middle of a really busy city. I thought the non-Indian restaurant food was only OK but it was nice to get some variety after a few weeks traveling...

We stayed here two nights: it feels like a top spot refuge from noisy and polluted Delhi, including a 'memory lane' colonial experience, matching similar iconic hotels in Asia and Aftica. No negative comments whatsoever, but somewhat less personalised than other hotels in India.

This is a lovely hotel which I would highly recommend if you are staying in Delhi; however, I wouldn't necessarily recommend staying in Delhi compared to the many other beautiful places India has to offer. The hotel is grand and has real presence. The rooms are good - but Mrs Foodi8 did think that the bathroom products were particularly substandard...
