The behavior of staff was cordial at every level. Food quality was upto mark as TAJ style. Enjoyed my stay at TAJ Palace, New Delhi. Only one thing which I want to mention is that, our stay is booked by Corporates like Punjab National Bank on rates approved by Indian Bank Association i.e. IBA. On this rates now a days most probably since last six months TAJ is giving lowest grade rooms. It is requested to upgrade our category as our bookings are permanent of minimum 60 to 70 rooms every quarter by PNB.
Being at least a weekly guest at the property, it’s somewhat superfluous for me to get into repeated detailed comments on the entire operation. I just wish to dedicate these lines to Mr. Manraw, service associate at The Capital Kitchen. At the outset, he, along with his brother Mr. Vikas, are a rare breed that still retain the concept of taking pride in a true sense of hospitality. I have the privilege of being attended to by them over innumerable dinners, and every single time I walk away with a sense of superior satisfaction. No matter how busy the restaurant is or how important the guests are, Manraw will always pay special dedicated care to single diners such as me. His passion for his work comes through with the level of attention he pays to the smallest personal details. He gets thoroughly familiar with individual dining habits, to the point that it is hardly even necessary to speak much to him. He automatically fulfils all preferences, from the iced water that I drink, to my choice of counter items, to the dessert I usually enjoy. All these he provides with a perfection of timing that is both precise and unobtrusive. He projects gracious and sincere courtesy while executing his tasks, no matter how busy I’ve seen him get. In an age when it is increasingly difficult to even get the attention of service associates in today’s overcrowded and boisterous restaurants, people like Mr. Manraw should be utilised as role models. I urge that he be assigned to train his colleagues in the rapidly dying art of fine service. My very best to him, as I hope to continue enjoying his hospitality. I wish to close with special mentions to the charming young hostesses Ms. Chan and Ms. Beauty, Chef Mani, Mr. Sachin the IRD service associate, and Mr. Rajan of laundry.…
The Best Part Of Taj --> Treat each Guest Equally (Either it is Ordinary Person or VVIP) **For Taj, their Every Guest is VVIP --> Taj Staff Tried to Full Fill Their Guest Request in Best Possible Way(doesn't Matter how small or big it is). ***Himanshi(Guest Taking Care) IsTrue Example of Taj Hospitality**
Probably the best hotel in New Delhi that I have experienced last 5 years. Dining at Loya was a feast for all the senses - a complete culinary experience - and fully exotic - great attentive staff especially Shiba.
Taj doesn't need any introduction. Everything is the best. Warm welcome by Anjali, nice room, great food and overall best hospitality by hotel staff specifically Anjali. We will definitely recommend and visit again.
My family and I had a wonderful time at the Taj Palace. I want to give special praise to Prem in the Kitchen and Gulab in the Lobby who were extremely attentive and warm. We were a large group and the staff went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfect. Hari, Rajander, and Parbhakar in the kitchen were helpful too.
Check in was a breeze with personal attention by Ms. Poortie (the same holds true for checkout as well !). The room was a bit smaller (for a triple sharing capacity). The support / house keeping staff was good. Everyone was helpful. overall a good stay
Gaurav was our host during our visit to Capital Kitchen. He was excellent in his work and presence of mind deserves a big thumbs-up. Thanku Gaurav and Taj Hotels for being the perfect host like always.
