We were staying with friends who live in New Delhi and went here for a meal. We wanted a drink before dinner and surprisingly this seemed quite hard to organise, we waited by the bar only to be told we couldn't be served there. We eventually got a table squashed in a corner just outside one of the restaurants, was...

This is the worst hotel in delhi. My whole family was fed up with so many Mosquitos in our room. I am writing this mail at 3 am, coz we can't sleep and they can't help. Also the staff and service is very poor. Frankly this is a 2 star hotel, and mentality of staff is of 1 star.

Dear Guest, Greetings from The Ashok! Thank you for the feedback and contribution. I am disappointed to know about your experience during your stay with us. Lovely looking hotel. Grand lobby. Nice staff. Good facilities. Nice size room...a few signs of tiredness but nothing bad. Nice room facilities. Nice pool. Good restaurants. Felt secure only 10 mins from hustle of connaught place. The cafe could do with a revamp. But a nice stay.

I have stayed in Ashok few times for conferences. The overall experience is good. Rooms quality is good. Spacious Room. Room Dining has nice and delicious food. The service is very slow. They can take even an hour to give an extra plate (provided they remember to deliver it.) Value for money.
