Delighted to have sought and found Grace Home. Nothing is too much trouble for Sanjeevda, his family and kind little team of staff...Spent a wonderful 3 nights here. The Saket Metro Station being so close by and the choice of food outlets and little fruit stalls on the way to the PVR cinema complex are true plus points of the location! (The little oranges were so juicy and refreshing!) Our rooms were comfortable and clean...the emphasis is on home stay, which is what we as a family most enjoy about holidays, so if B&B, broadening your horizons and meeting others is part of your ideal holiday you will not be disappointed.

Grace Home in Saket is a rare find with it's excellent location tucked away in a leafy suburb but close to all the action including super markets, SIM cards, chia shops, etc. But the main attraction is the wonderful Grace Home family that not only warmly welcomes you but opens up experiences that you will never find on your own. Sanjeev goes above and beyond without intruding. Ive been going to Grace Home every year for about ten years..love it. It's great fo students, backpackers, families, independent travellers, sole female travellers..everyone!

It was an easy choice where we would stay on our second trip to India. Grace Home has a great location, great staff and the food is amazing. This time we only stayed in Delhi for 5 days, but we could still easily visit lots of interesting tourist attractions and markets thanks to Grace Homes great location. The staff also came with great suggestions of things we should not miss while in Delhi. We will come back again, for sure. Your Delhi trip is not complete without a stay at Grace Home.

Grace home is THE PLACE to be in Delhi. It is well located, near the metro and all commodities. It is a very safe and quiet place. The rooms are enough spacious and very clean. The hosts are very friendly and do everything to make you feel at home they treat you as a member of the family. I really love them and anytime I come to Delhi I return to my home, Grace home, well named.
The staff is very kind and helpful and prepare the most delicious Indian breakfasts from all regions of India. They are keen to help you whatever is your request.
I will definitely recommand this place if you come to Delhi for a few days, weeks or months.

Staying local was my best decision. I could have easily paid quadruple the price and stayed in a hotel, but it would have never been the same. I was able to see local vendors walk up the down the streets singing to deliver fruits and veggies, experience other Indian's living from their balcony's and walk to other places I needed to go.

It really is a great place to stay. Very clean and the breakfast is great! We will definitely be back to stay.

A good quiet and safe location. Rooms are on two floors and are comfortable and
clean. A kitchen and rest area with balcony on both floors. I have always found the
Nagpal family most helpful and now feel like part of their family. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 5 nights early May 2013, paying 2200 INR per night. It is a nice place, but I do not believe it deserves five stars. Some remarks:
- We were given the smallest room of the house, even though several others were free, and even though we had asked for a room with a balcony. The bed is really hard, while the airconditioning is very loud and randomly turns off in the middle of the night (an electricity thing in Delhi). Sleeping without airco was impossible due to the heat at this time of the year, so we had some sleepless nights.
- The metro (Malviya Nagar station) is not SO close. It's about 10 minutes walking (700 meter), along a busy road with dirty sidewalks - but then again this is Delhi so you really can't avoid dirt or traffic. By autorikshaw (tuk-tuk) it is less than 2 minutes (plus 1 minute haggling to get to the price of 20 INR, the fair rate). Regardless, the metro is an absolute recommendation to get around in Delhi!
- The PVR is nice and very close, and has a McDonalds for those who have issues with spices and the questionable hygiene of street food.
- Breakfast was ok, and is prepared almost in front of you so the hygiene is reasonable. Choice between Indian style bread-potato-pancake + yoghurt, or western style omelet and toast + jam, with coffee, tea or filtered (reverse osmosis) tap water.
- The possibility to cook your own food in the upper floor kitchen is a bit of a joke, as the kitchens lack basic utensils, such as pots, pans, fork, knife, glasses, etc. You can of course ask for these things, and there is a microwave and fridge too.
- The family living in the guest house are nice and welcoming hosts. As Sanjeev was away during our stay, his elderly mother helped us to arrange a daytrip taxi to Agra, apparently using one of her contacts. Maybe we were just unlucky, but for 4500 INR we got treated to a tiny Tata Indigo and an incompetent driver who picked us up half an hour late. About 40km before Agra the car stalled and broke down, in the middle of the empty Yamuna Expressway in scorching 45° heat. Cause: the driver had forgotten to put gas in the tank. After the highway service filled the tank and repaired the car, we reached Agra, where the driver seemed wilfully ignorant of any of the sights, attempting to convince us to go home immediately after seeing the Taj Mahal. We could easily have purchased this kind of service for half the price on makemytrip.
- Two other taxis we took from the guest house were ok, but also a bit overpriced (compared to the prices of the prepaid taxi counters at the station and the airport).

In conclusion, the guest house is a good place to sleep in a nice area of Delhi, but it has some problems.
