very very basic in terms of amentities and services but charges are very high if you look at the room size and services. reception is not at all friendly - services are tardy and not worth mentioning. they can easily make rooms more livable and bit comfortable. its almost like airpod .
Air conditioning didn’t work, in the morning the staff were not interested. It was also noisy due to a wedding. Bed was very uncomfortable too! Expensive food and drinks. Would not use again! Also booked a taxi through them that was double the price it should have been.
Not recommended i am associated with big company and used to stay in hotels minimum 20 days in a month for official purpose from years but first time faced bad experience of check in and responce Not recommended to stay.....money waste....after spending handsome money you will carry bad experience.....Not happy....room is smelly...can not stay 5 min.....really big mistake I have one
I visited lemon tree to book my sagan function (30th nov) and the first person i met was kartik dobriyal and immediately i got positive vibes and without much thinking i gave advance to kartik without even tasting food. I even went on and decided to stay at red fox so I booked 15 rooms for guests for three days(30th nov, 1st dec and 2nd dec) And then came MrVijay Singh who is a gem of person who assisted me to book rooms, select food options, whenever I needed help, he helped us to book a bus for guests, book mehndi wala, pagri wala i can just go on and on. Chef Sunil helped us to select our menu and i must tell you food was really awesome in all occasions, Sagan, mehndi, haldi. Guests were just so satisfied. I would like to also mention here mr prassun from house keeping, he was just phone call away anytime we needed help in our rooms. Also Mr sushant from front desk who made our checkin and check out process Hassel free. Overall i am so happy that I went ahead and selected lemon tree and red fox as my Sagan venue . Thanks …
If you are a person sensitive to cigarette smoke, then this hotel is not for you. We booked a suite, were given a first floor suite. Later came to know that all suites and the entire first and second floors were smoking rooms. On request were shifted to a spacious fifth floor twin room. But to my surprise, the whole corridor reeked of cigarette smell, on and off. The suite in which me, wife and daughter stayed for the first night was ordinary. A lot of outside and inside noise ensured we slept very little. Aircraft and pigeon sounds added their mite to the noise. Of course, the fifth floor(last floor) twin room was good for sleep. Go for higher floors. The in--room dining was costly and not great. The buffet breakfast was good in patches. The ambience of the hotel is not spectacular either. Location is near airport, all tourist spots are away. The three stars belong to the staff. Very courteous front desk. Ms Kajol was very helpful, Mr Ajay and others did their bit. When my regular cab didn't turn up, but for the staff, we would have missed the flight. Every member of the restaurant and house keeping were great too. These men and women seem to come to the rescue of an otherwise listless hotel. …
It’s a basic hotel by lemon tree - location is great . Rooms are clean n linen neat . Size is very very small . Amenities are least . Staff is trained and good . No breakfast included though charges are high .

Radiosonde is the best pleasure place to stay with family. I had an amazing stay with my fam . The staff is very helpful and professional. Manisha and lashing from team Tgkf was great help. Location is quite nice. Food is great and delicious
We had booked a room only package for a nights stay at this hotel and we were supposed to leave at 3am to catch our flight. Upon checking in , the receptionist said we had booked a "room + breakfast" package which kind of confused us as we booked room only but nevertheless we said ok please pack our breakfast at 3am as we will be checking out then . Rooms were exactly similar to Lemon tree which we stayed in a few days prior but it had lesser furniture but that's ok. Staff was quick to respond. Hotel was clean with no issues until.......... While checking out, we asked for our packed breakfast that we had ordered the previous day evening. The present receptionist checks and tells us "nope ! There is no schedule for providing you packed breakfast". ???????. We just told them less than 12 hrs before (at the restaurant actually) to pack breakfast and they even wrote it down but now we get to hear this ??? We already were hungry and our taxi to the airport was just outside waiting and that one receptionist present then said " 5-7 mins wait, we will get it packed " . Fine we waited for 7 mins , still no sign of the breakfast. Fustrated , we left. That was some horrible and irresponsible behaviour from red fox hotel. Either reason could be the possibility of this: 1. We had mentioned this to the restaurant staff and they assured breakfast would be packed and ready at 3 but they never communicated this to reception. Miscommunication! 2. We had a room only package but due to their fault , they told us by mistake it was a room + breakfast package. Later they realised this and simply ignored our breakfast without informing us. If this was the case, then it's highly unprofessional and caused us a minor delay in leaving for airport. 3. Did the staff hear 3am as 3pm? That's why they didn't get it ready at 3am? If they thought by any chance we needed breakfast at 3pm, then God give them some brains as who would eat breakfast at 3pm? Overall, a short but mixed bag experience.…
Good hotel as budgeted hotel for us. We stay only for few hes as need to catch a flight to go out of india for our long trip after in india. But all rooms quite mantained by housekeeping staff and management. Front manager is very polite and active for there work. Keep it up men. When ever we will come back definitely again will stay for long time.
