Its true, they charge for toiletries like tooth brush, comb, mini scissors etc. But charge is quite nominal. I presume this is their way of keeping overheads low and avoid wastage.

I did not come across any bad smells during a week's stay. Standards of towels, linen were OK , nothing great but not a disaster either.
