We went as a marriage group and front office reception was very inefficient and rude. it took more than an hour to allot rooms. Finally we entered old large untidy room with pathetic baths room. House keeping is bad and unprofessional. Less said the better....More

Old style hotel that has fallen by the wayside due to lack of care.Rooms are very spacious and we had large interconnecting rooms with renovated bathrooms. Housekeeping is lazy with dust and scuff marks on furniture and the carpet in the corridor very dirty. HK...More
Dated property. Huge space. In-house restaurant doesn't have ala carte menu. Room interiors are good, but lobby needs improvement. Great accessibility. Some portion is under renovation. Ample scope for improvement into a great hotel.
