Stayed here for 4 nights in late February and was as advertised. Hotel is in great location in Connaugh Place and reception staff were excellent. On a daily basis they would offer advice and book us a taxi via Uber. Only negative I could identify is the rooms are small however as we were out all day exploring that had no impact.

Breakfasts were very good and the Zaffran Restaurant was excellent for evening meal with attentive waiters and beautiful food.

One thing to be aware of when picking up a taxi at airport (and nothing to do with the hotel I hasten to add) is the scam of taxi drivers telling you that they could not get close to the hotel because of protests. Beware of scams in India and check internet for details prior to arrival.

Would certainly stay here again if I came back to New Delhi.

A nice hotel located in central New Delhi - location is perfect for exploring the shops and nearby restaurants, with main attractions such as India Gate and Lodhi Gardens a short Tuk Tuk away. If you stay here, you should expect lots of noise from the neighbourhood (the music and car horns were blaring till we went to sleep in the early hours, however this may have been because it was a Saturday night and the streets were busy!)

The room was basic but clean, with a spacious shower and bathroom, lots of storage space, mini fridge, safe and a tea and coffee maker. One small issue was that the blinds didn't close very well, which meant a lot of light flooded the room in the morning, however other than that the room was perfect for our one night stay.

Although the hotel feels a little tired, the same cannot be said for the attentive and helpful staff. The receptionist who looked after us (unfortunately we didn't get his name) was very kind to offer us wonderful restaurant suggestions and even call ahead to secure us a table. The receptionist who checked us out of the hotel supported us in securing transport the airport and was very helpful. Thank you very much to the lovely team at Palace Heights for making us feel so welcome!

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and the room was modern, very clean and well equipped. We arrived late and left early so didn’t get to take advantage of its location in the heart of Connaught Place. We ate dinner in the attached restaurant - Zaffran - which was busy and served delicious food.
The security staff on the front door made it feel very safe.

Overall, I found this hotel disappointing. On arrival, the gentleman at the reception desk ignored me for a good minute or so as I stood waiting to be acknowledged. This was entirely at odds with every other hotel we stayed in during our India Golden Triangle trip. Arriving at 2.30 in the afternoon, we popped into the bar cum restaurant, which lacked any warmth or welcome, ordered a beer, only to find it was closing at 3.00 for 4 hours, so nowhere to relax here if you have a busy day around Delhi. The restaurant gets busy in the evening at can be very noisy, as can external noise from adjacent properties. The rooms were good with large walk-in showers. The location is excellent for both walking out and as a base for exploring Old Delhi during the day. Would I recommend this hotel? Not if I could find one around Connaught Place with somewhere to relax after being out all day.

For the price, the accommodations and location can’t be matched. The nearest subway entrance is approximately 100 meters from the front door. Several restaurants, shops and the park entrance are within a few steps. The staff is friendly and 24 hour front door security is reassuring. The complimentary breakfast is to order and quite good. My room was perfectly sized for a solo traveler but might have felt cramped if it was more than just me.

Perfect location right in Connaught Place but soo quiet & cosy with excellent north Indian restaurant on site that we ate out at every night for dinner & breakfast each morning. So easy & relaxing - great respite from the noise & action of Delhi. Also very good value for the standard and location as we were able to walk to most places easily. Erwinjit Singh was particularly helpful to us when we were trying to book as he rang us back & found us a room that had been cancelled, and was very helpful and kind generally, thank you.

The hotel is in a very good location in New Delhi with metro links near and inside the Connaught Place area.

The room was comfortable and the hotel made for a good base.

The staff at the hotel are very helpful and there is a good selection for breakfast too.

During the several months of my stay in New Delhi, I changed several hotels and can responsibly say that this hotel is the best of those where I have stayed. The quality and cleanliness of the room, as well as the breakfast, completely satisfied me. The hotel's location (close to Central Park and the Connaught Place shopping area) is ideal. Very attentive and good-natured staff, whose members kindly helped me with various questions on several occasions. Next time I come to New Delhi, I am not going to choose among hotels - I want to stay only at Hotel Palace Heights, but I need to book a room in advance - the hotel is deservedly popular.

The hotel was reasonable considering the price for New Delhi. Location was good in Connaught Place and we felt safe walking around the area. We stayed twice between a safari trip. The second room had some updating and was in a quieter location in the hotel. Both rooms were fairly clean, but were dated.

We choose the hotel due to the proximity to Connaught Place. We wanted to stay in a more Indian hotel than usual. The hotel is good if you are exploring Delhi. As the rooms are rather small or that it a bar area, I wouldn't go there again on a business trip.
The rooms are clean but one can hear your neighbour next door. They staff is very friendly and helps in all matters. The biggest plus is the excellent restaurant, the Zaffran.

Does the hotel allow a visitor to meet me in my room? During daytime not overnight.

I don’t see why that would be a problem. There don’t seem to be any rules about that, and you’re not required to check in or out when you come or go. As long as the person isn’t staying overnight, there shouldn’t be a problem.
