I stayed at Check Inn Hotel in Delhi and was satisfied with the warmth of the personnel and service. The room size and arrangement is also good. The restaurant seating area and breakfast service can be improvised.

Stayed in this hotel with my husband and two children aged 13 and 3 and also two of my sister in laws and their families. We asked for rooms close and ended up next door so that was great.
Hotel provided extra pull out bed each evening for our eldest.
Breakfast was lovely plenty on offer and would recommend the omelettes.
Room clean (which was a main concern of mine) fresh Bedding and comfy bed. Furniture needs a touch up but apart from this the room was lovely with a balcony on which to enjoy an early morning coffee. Noise from road not as noisy as other have said in reviews.
Staff here were always helpful and courteous. Happy to help with any of our needs.
Location is great within walking distance of connaught place
Free WiFi, a/c and fan in room worked well.
Would definitely recommend using this hotel and we will be using again when visiting delhi again.

I am astounded at the positive reviews for this place. A friend booked a group of us here for a wedding and literally all 21 of us were disgusted by this place. Rooms aren't soundproof at all- you can hear next door conversations, trains, people going to the toilet on the second floor. the blankets had yellow (what looked like urine stains on them). the bathroom looked like a gulag. wifi only works for one person per room at a time. also only one room key works, if you get two they don't work, also the heating didn't work. a friends room had a toilet that didn't flush!!! for $80US a night, this place is an absolute rip off. if it were $20 a night, then I'd say it's ok. For this price you can get a deal at the meridien or much better places. we all checked out one night after checking in for a four day stay.

Stayed for one night. My worst hotel experience. Bed sheets with holes and extremely unclean. Heating system not working. Train noise and conversations at the reception making it impossible to sleep. Avoid hotel at all costs.

We do not regret our choice. The hotel is a bit different than presented on the internet site. The furniture is old but in good condition. We received the room on the first floor with a big balcony (shared with the next door room) There are no chairs on the balcony.
The room was big the bed was fine.We received free wi-fi and free mineral water every day.The amenities in the bathroom were very good.
In the room they have a mini bar and safe which comes very handy.
The service was correct but nothing extraordinary as they say: "impeccable hospitality service"
What we did not like at all was the dinning room situated in the basement and furnished accordingly.First night we tried the dinner menu at the hotel. We were the only one guests having dinner. The waiter stayed with us all the time but after a while he got bored and switched on the TV and watched the local channel for himself. Very unprofessional and disturbing during dinner time.Next morning we ate only omlets because the local food was not our taste.Next day we did not try anymore the dining room and crossed the street to have dinner at Lalit hotel, buffet dinner.
As everywhere else here too you have to be careful with the price:to the basic price they add 10% luxury tax and 7.4% service tax. Most of the places mention only the basic price. The site warned that another 17% taxes will be added to the bill.
The hotel is close to the metro station.Traveling by metro is a must and is very convenient. There are a lot of passengers but still is better than a taxi in the noisy city.We bought a one day pass which is v e r y ! cheap and you have also a refund. What was interested at the metro ,they had a sign which mentioned that there is a special carriage only for women!!
We left the hotel for the airport at 2:00 am.They brought us coffee in the room .The ride to the airport at that time took not more than 30 minutes by a taxi which used the meter.

The hotel is well located just opposite to Hotel Lalit in Connaught Place. And opposite mean just opposite the entrance to Hotel Lalit. Connaught place & Pragati Maidan are a short distance away. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and the overall experience was good. The room is made up in white, black & grey colors. Overall the property is neat and clean with clean linen, clean towels. The reception staff is efficient and receptive. Always ready to help which is a big plus.. The restaurant staff needs to be a bit more attentive. Cost-wise, the hotel is a bit expensive for the facilities they have provided. They need to revise their rates a bit lower. The rates are more for the location than for the hotel amenities and features.
The hotel is located close to bengali market which I realized a bit late. The market is at walking distance (maybe 500 mts max). You can get all the local Delhi food at this market. It's a pretty lively place with many dining options.
Staying here was a good experience and I wouldn't mind coming back to stay here when I am in Delhi...provided I get a good rate.

We paid 5K plus per room for something that wasn't anywhere close worth it.

Pros - Location, walkable to Metro
Located in a secure area
Close to Railway station and CP

Negatives - Pahargunj type interiors that are falling apart
Unkept bathrooms
Worn out linens
Hot water flow in the bathrooms was not good and neither sufficient.

On top of it, at 4AM checkout, the staff asked us to shell out cash close to 30K for two rooms.
