I recently stayed at Eleven Delhi. I travelled as a single woman and was very apprehensive. All my fears were allayed from the moment I arrived at Eleven. It is in a quiet, safe Delhi suburb and a fantastic retreat away from the chaos. The rooms have everything one needs from a hot shower, to comfy beds, a safe deposit...

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in India and at the start of our trip we spent 3 nights at the lovely Eleven. I arranged our accommodation direct with Ajay who was extremely efficient in replying to emails. We organised an airport pick up as we arrived late at night and we also organised a City Tour...

We stayed for 3 nights at 'Eleven' in New Delhi in August 2008 and were really pleased that we did. We had booked it before we left the UK through their website at www.elevendelhi.com and Ajay, the host could not have been more accommodating or helpful. We are a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers, aged 14 and...

Clean, comfortable rooms, air conditioning, clean modern bathrooms, free water, breakfast included and an incredibly hospitable host in Ajay Anand. Eleven is a family home converted into tourist accommodation. It provided us a safe and peaceful haven from the bustle and heat of Delhi. I would happily recommend it.

We had a great experience at Eleven during a very hectic stay in Delhi. The owners made our stay very enjoyable and helped with all our various arrangements. The room was very comfortable and clean and for the price you couldn't find a better deal.

My wife and I have just completed a self-guided four-and-a-half-month tour of India, traveling in and out of Delhi on four different occasions staying with Ajay at 'Eleven' B&B each time. Here is our review: Located in a quiet Nizamuddin neighborhood of large homes and parks, 'Eleven' B&B is a short walk to Humayun's Tomb and the Nizamuddin train station....

ELEVEN is a very simple guest house, offering two fairly basic rooms, both with updated bathrooms, a small kitchen, wireless internet, and an outdoor sitting area. It is located in a residential section of Delhi not far from the central tourist areas. The best part is Ajay -- the owner who was a welcoming presence to the chaos of Delhi....

Staying at Eleven is like staying over at a friend's house. Located in leafy upmarket part of Delhi where guarded gates close off the street at night to people who have no business being there. Felt very safe. Atmosphere is relaxed, casual and attentive. We took both the downstairs rooms and they were spacious and clean. Everything worked as they...

This quaint family-owned guesthouse was much more that my friends and me asked for. We had come to the end of our trip in Rajasthan and weren't expecting to be treated like we were visiting members of the family. Free unlimited bottled water is definitely a bonus. Just walk into the kitchen and grab a bottle or two (chilled in...

I stayed at Eleven on my last day in India, before flying back to Canada. Ajay went above and beyond the usual proprietor's duties. He is helpful in every way - giving suggestions, insider's tips and even standard itineraries for tourists (with meal suggestions!) All in all, it was a great place to stay - clean, comfortable and in a...
