House keeping cleaning was very nice . The way he provided things quick and faster. Didn't had to wait for long time. Veeru and Vikas sir was very helpful. Love their services. And the food also was tasty.

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. Nice building but pathetic service. The luggage took 50 mins and 5 reminders to reach from bell desk to room. Housekeeping didn't turn up till 2:30 PM on next day when I came back to my room .... Since I wanted to rest, I put a 'don't disturb' and slept at 3 PM. I left the room in evening around 7 pm and specially called housekeeping to clean the room n change linens, but when they cleaned they didn't change linen. Even toilet soap was not changed properly. The only thing I like that is food. Their restaurant food exchange has one of the best buffets variety ever. Their concierge are only concierge in name, in reality they are sitting there to rob the guests and earn money. upon my query regarding Agra tour we met their Concierge executive Ravinder and Pardeep. Two most corrupt hotelier ever. Upon asking hotel car for outstation they pushed us for outside car, which sounded like mutual collusion of money between them, instead of using their own cars that exist there. we were tempted for outside car in less price than the hotel car. After seeing the Taj Mahal, against our wish, our driver forcefully took us to some shops for shopping. Where the things for purchase were three times costly of normal price. It clearly shows that some commission was tied to this shopping. The hotel management should look into this matter and And such bad staff should be fired...…

This hotel is highly recommended to anybody using Indira Gandhi Airport in New Delhi. Excellent location. Walking distance to a lovely mall. Nice landscaping and decor. Beautiful design. Every staff member was polite and tried to be helpful. The sleep quality was good in our standard room. We also enjoyed food here - dinner and breakfast. Both consisted of a few stations and extensive offer. We would gladly stay again.

Nothing special about the hotel . No walkway to shopping area/street. Only car entrances. U$ 20 for airport drop off (5 min). Mosquitos in the room. The staff is ok and aerocity is a beautiful location
