Check in very slow.Front desk staff least bothered about guest.Rooms ordinary.Dim lights.Poor maintained CE.TV is old poor quality.Bathrooms needs renovation.Not a place for stay at Mysore unless you are looking for low budget stay.

very nice Hotel and courteous staff. Clean rooms. Value for money is assured. Only suggestion is to provide WiFi in rooms without additional cost and to ensure continuous provision of Hot Water all the 24 hurs
