Pathetic hotel and very unprofessional staff . And especially Mr.Alok from inroom dining treats the guests like garbage. He should better not to be in here . Whenever you will order food from him he will make sure to not answer their calls and make them wait for hours (2-3 hours) . Being a pure vegetarian, he send non vegetarian to me once which i have never mentioned . But again this Alok has shown unprofessional behaviour. Moreover, he never answer the calls after you will make order . Highly unprofessional behaviour by Mr.Alok . It’s better to stay in other hotels rather then staying in Lemon tree, Mumbai. Never seen any hotel or hotel staff treating their guests like this . Highly disappointed

Worst in room dining , worst customer experience i had with this hotel . when ever I get come to mumbai I always pray that I don’t get this hotel because you have to wait for eternity for tour order to get delivered, afterI came from my duty I waited 2 hr for my order to get delivered in my room. Worst experience. I pray that I dont come back to this hotel

The room was an excellent layout with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Room service meals were fast and tasted great. Breakfast had great selections also tasty. The view was a little disappointing but that’s not the fault of the Lemon Tree. Staff were polite and helpful.

The show of hotel is good.. But when u enter the hotel,then night mares start. They make u to stand infront of reception for a hour at least. They dont respond well and if u make silly mistake then they will charge u thousands of rupees. Or u may have to stuck in a lift for an hour unless someone press the floor that belongs to u. The may act like RAW agent and u will be suspect regardless of u r prestige. In short u will face something like as u have been taken as a hostage ..Thank god, if something does not happen then u will be free.. I would prefer to stay in any other hotel than this ..i had a very terrible and sad feelings with this hotel. ..i don't like to recommend even to my friend

Stayed 7 nights in Lemon tree Premier from 26th Jan 2023 . Overall Excellent Experience to stay in the property. Food is slightly high priced though wonderful taste , Maintained Hygiene. House Keeping was very Excellent with a daily cleaning and specifically done to maintain a wonderful customer Experience. To Name Samina , Sandip and Umesh from House keeping are really helpful and created a kind of momentum to spend my days in the Hotel . Surely It is the Employees like Samina , Sandip and Umesh are behind the success of any company they work for with their Hardwork , dedication and commitment to keep the customer satisfaction .. Thank you Samina , Sandip and Umesh . Will continue to stay in Lemon tree for next visits in Mumbai … well done !!

I recently stopped by Lemon Tree Restaurant and it was the best meal I've had in a long time. Great atmosphere, amazing food, and courteous service - it was truly a memorable experience.The staff was so friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, with the chefs creating unique dishes every day. And Ramchandra Deshmukh is an excellent security head making sure that everyone is safe while enjoying their meal.If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience, I'd definitely suggest trying out Lemon Tree Restaurant - you won't be disappointed!

I recently visited Lemon Tree Restaurant for dinner and I was very impressed with the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. Recently I enjoyed a celebratory dinner at Lemon Tree Restaurant and I couldn't be more pleased. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and Ramchandra Deshmukh is a great security head. Chef Guru really knows how to make a tasty meal!If you are looking for a fantastic dining experience, I would highly suggest you visit this restaurant. The atmosphere is incredible, and the food is delicious - it's really worth it!
