Ground staff, restaurant staff and room service were helpful and absolutely deserves mention. Rooms were clean and as expected for a five star hotel. However, we had issues with staffs at reception, one who matters. When you enter an establishment, the first line of contact, the reception makes or breaks your stay. When we checked in, we found person checking us in arrogant and rude without a smile or being helpful, and used terms like "write her name on top" about my partner, which made me feel I was bringing in unwanted woman in the room. This is so disappointing for the brand like Radisson. At one point we came in our room and ordered room service, and whilst waiting, we found water dripping in our shower from room above and water all over shower floor. When our food was delivered by Suraj(who was incredibly helpful), we mentioned that to him and he got maintenance to come in. Our room doors were wide open throughout whilst maintenance team fixed the issue and we ended up eating our food with other hotel guests seeing us when they went pass our room. We lost our privacy, and had no apologies, or acknowledgement from hotel management. After maintenance, cleaners came in and wipe a little bit of floor leaving lots of floor cleaning to us. When we checked out, reception asked if our stay was ok, so I mentioned no. The person checking us out completely ignored this. And so once again, I said we had issues, again he completely ignored this and did not even acknowledged my reply. No acknowledgement of issues we had, and no apologies for issues faced, just handed in our invoice. Speaking to ground staffs about how reception and management are, they bluntly said, sadly management are too arrogant to listen or help because they think guests should not complain about them. Which makes me feel their behaviour is not one off. Sadly Radisson Blu is a great hotel chain, but bad airport hotel. There is a great choice of hotels to choose from near Mumbai airport, choose another, not this one.…

Raddison hotel has an outstanding hospitality, the staff was very kind, the ambience was fantastic the rooms are spacious and give out a warm sense of feeling. Special thanks to Suraj for his prompt room service.

Visited this place right before my flight, the location is pretty convenient, right next to the airport. The rooms were nice and food was good. Just a minor thing, my late checkout request was accepted and then denied. Other than that, it was pretty good.

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson. We had a short stay here. Place is very well done, beautiful interiors . The food at Fiona was awesome. Special thanks to Mr Shreyas and his team for looking after is so well during our stay. The Exec Chef always made it a point to visit our table . Lovely chicken prepared . Biryani was awesome. Good room service. Rooms are well maintained . The place is spic and span.
