We had a good stay at Leela. Staff is helpful. Whomever we interacted were willing to go the exta mile to make us happy. Pork & crusted cottage cheese was prepared so well.We normally don't eat much of it, but ended up having alot. Executive Chef Mr Deepak enquired if we were satisfied and needed anything else.Small gestures like these make a difference. Lovely pool for a fancy dip. Well equipped gym.

The Leela Mumbai is an excellent hotel close to the airport. The staffs were very helpful and patient, and they behaved like friends. The beautiful room with a garden view was very well equipped, had unlimited bottled water, and was perfectly clean and tidy, thanks to Mr. Subhash. Breakfast in Citrus Restaurant was lovely; it woke up to variety and quality and enhancing with so welcoming team. Several restaurants offer great dinners and Indian food, and the service in Jamavar restaurant was extraordinary. Manager Mr. Akshay Patil and concierge Mr. Swapnill Kondve were very helpful and made my stay in the hotel excellent. Front Office Executive Badal Thacker kindly offered me a late check-out. We cannot say anything negative about our two day stay over a four day period. The service and food absolutely great. But that's what Leela is about. We had previously stayed here hence going back to the same property and would do it again.

Excellent Service given by the Hotel. Mr Badal who was at the Front desk was very helpful and made our stay in the hotel excellent and behaved like a friend and acquaintances. The Leela Mumbai is an amazing hotel for stay and more then that dining at Citrus Restaurant.The staff is more like a family to me and always willing to serve more then expected.Restaurant Manager Raish ,Sachin ,pooja (trainer) , Swati (trainer) , Ram and Brazil, most name I have forgot they always welcome you with a warm smile making me feel like home. The hotel is really nice. Especially all the staffs are very helpful and very patient to each and every one. I would love to come and stay again for my next visit. Breakfast is excellent too. Best business hotel near T2 terminal of Mumbai Airport in Andheri east. Had excellent stay for 2 nights . Gerlad amd Harsh were very helpful on 8th floor royal plaza club.
