The hotel is very beautiful. The room and room service are excellent. Breakfast and dinner are outstanding if i am not happy with breakfast and dinner i am not satisfied,Parvez he makes the food to my liking, and the staff are very sweet and generous.

I stayed for a week at this hotel, which was conveniently located for a work trip. While the hotel itself is a modest 4 star, it is well looked after by its stellar staff. I must mention Hrushikesh and Pragati at reception as well as Rohan. They went above and beyond to cater to my requests. Sanjeet Mishra the manager at their restaurant was gracious enough to load their restaurant music on my pendrive when I commented on how nostalgic the songs made me. Dilshaad in the restaurant is very attentive and chefs Rakesh and Manveer along with Jay make special arrangements for room service so I was comfortable at all times. I must also thank Suneil from housekeeping who not only does a great job, but also carefully registered a treasured item of my clothing with the hotels lost and found service, which meant that I got it back with minimum hassle! I always maintain that a hotel is made by the quality of its staff and while the Residency Sarovar is a 4 star hotel, their staff deserve 5 stars all the way!…

A decent hotel with courteous staff. A bit in the pricier side for a 4 star hotel but nothing to highly complain about. A special shout out to Dilshad who was highly courteous and attentive to our needs at the hotel dine in area.
