Probably the first hotel in Kalbadevi. Hence very old and needs extensive renovation. Rooms very small dirty Washrooms. Still due to its proximity to business centre and cloth market very difficult to find rooms.

Adarsh is a very prominently located hotel in the very middle of Mumbai's business locality kalbadevi.the rooms are cramped, smells bad very badly maintained. Even the linen used is not very clean.the old type airconditonor makes so much of sound that makes you lose your sleep.no fan in the makes it stuffy. Overall a horrific experience

Was a bit run down by the front desk person who seemed really matter of fact. Not too rude but not too helpful either....
