We had to spend a night in Mumbai. Landed in Mumbai in the late evening and were to fly to Coimbatore next morning. As guided by one of the friend landed in this hotel. Not bad but average. Location was too good. One can see Worli sea link bridge from the hotel room window. Facing was Lilavati Hospital. For a...

I visited with the family. Not a good location at all. Located in the slum area nearby. Buffet breakfast very average post majority of the items are unavailable. Staff good. Rooms so clumsy and lot of wall damps. Not suggesting to visit.

You can tell as soon as you walk in that something's not right. No central air, foul, moldy smell, lackluster hospitality, run-down facilities. We walked into our room, smelled the sickening, overpowering smell of artificial cleaning solutions, and changed to another hotel.

Good Hotel, centrally located, connectivity is excellent. We had 02 days conference. Banquets is good and so is the service. Few more polished staff would make a great difference. Priyanka from banquets was excellent, very professional and of great help during the conference. Food was amazing, we just loved it. Highly recommend for social function as the location is excellent.

decent hotel , less on staff , rooms are decent , Food is good . Good Hotel to organize parties and functions. Coffee shop is small and has limited options. It has some functions organized especially plays and shows in the auditorium. View from Hotel is good but hotel is a bit old.

Rooms were not cleaned properly. However, the staff was good. We needed immediate medical attention and asked someone to get us Volini/Moov spray. They denied saying,...

The 1st think i experienced in the Hotel was the lovely sea and sea link view. Will definitely remind you on the Don era where boat use to smuggle gold to the city.. Use a binocular and track your boat from 10th floor...the experience has given a additional rating. Hotel seems to be losing itz glory but 2 floor are...

The hotel located close to Lilavati Hospital and is on west side of Bandra very near to Sealink Bridge as rooms in the west side offer good view to the bridge. Night view is awesome. This hotel is a little old which need some renovation. Nearby location is also a little off, but value for money. Was there for a...

Property is old, it is at a good location. Staff is couteous and nice, however there were small cockroaches in room as well as bathroom - unacceptable from a 3 star property. Suggestion to hotel authorities: Get pest controls done regularly if you want to give your guests a pleasant experience.
