We stayed in this hotel in the end of January. We were total 5 members so we took one executive room & 1 double AC room. Both rooms were very nice & clean. I suggest all travellers to see there executive room once. It is very well planned & newly renovated. Best positive point about this hotel is they provide...

Good location near the train station. The managers were friendly and helpful. My room was small and no toilet paper or towel but most backpackers have their own anyway. Good price for Mumbai and lots of delicious local restaurants around the area.

Good location in Fort - much more relaxed than Colaba. We spent several nights here. It wasn't our first pick to be honest, but it turned out nice. Very clean rooms, simple, with TV and A/C. The owner was very friendly and helped us figure out Airtel and trains.

I stayed in 5th floor and it is a Newly constructed floor so the rooms were pretty decent. I had spent 3 hours in searching hotels at that location and this was the best one at that price range. The reception manager is so unfriendly.

Only positive about this place: it is very close to CST-station! Our room was VERY small and pretty dirty. There was a window facing a very little ally (maybe 50cm) and anther building. Which means: our window was facing a kitchen and the smell was absolutely horrible! We had the choice between the smell and no air in our room...

A lot of maintainence going on around which makes you uncomfortable. The only advantage is that it is very near to the CST station. Very small rooms and you cant even move when two people are staying. Very cheap but i recommend you to stay only in case of emergency when you dont get room at any other place.

No working light, air conditioning or tv. Maintenance work on the outside. Charged us full price even with all the faulty electrical. Manager didn't even want to listen. Avoid if you want an enjoyable trip!!

"What you pay is what you get" is a very correct saying when it comes to this place. True, the price is cheap but once you enter the place, you realise that what you got wasn't a 'deal' anymore. Maintenance is lacking, broken switches, disinterested staff, and 'old-smelling' rooms - try to look for other options if you can

Small hotel, near the train station. My friends had a family room in the front. Large, big window, overlooking a big tree and a busy street. My room was small, dirty and reeked of paint. The chaps on the floor, were very help, getting water, coffee eft. I liked the area around the hotel, lots of restaurants. Manager at hotel...

Helpful staff, good location. Basic room, twin not double bed, no bottled water or toilet roll without paying. Quoted prices out by 50%, suggesting either a massive economic shift or hotels are inflating prices when they make it into the guides or onto tripadvisor!
