Went to visit one of my friend and was happy to see the behaviour of staff. The hotel although has a small plot but is tastefully done. Although they do not have amenities of a 5 star hotel but the warmth towards their clients is makes up for everything. Lift is not there so senior citizens can avoid staying.

The hotel is good with clean rooms and supportive staff. Only lacuna is that it doesn't have any lift.Food is ok but can be improved .Staff is very polite and try to accommodate if there is any issues.I was given an upgraded room since the room allotted originally had some minor issues. Can be booked.

However, my travel agent convinced that it is a renovated property and should be fine. We had booked 4 deluxe rooms, out of which only... More

Very noisy (especially rooms on the left looking the facade) because really near to a big road Very dirty Very far from the center Nowhere to eat something nearby They asked 800rs for a room (bargaining we got 600rs) but I think that for the same price you can find something a lot better. We stayed for one night because... More

the Hotel just have name as Hotel Ghoonghat Palace but there is nothing so called palace like feel, except few painting thrown away on the walls and Rajasthani styled furniture which looked in Dilapidated situation. Rooms were not too great and toilets was not up to mark, we were really annoyed by the service as it took them 40 mins... More

This hotel has a very fancy website, but the reality is nowhere close to that. We booked the hotel in Agra at a travel agency called "Travel Safe", in Fatehabad Road. Mr. Dinesh highly recommended this hotel he claimed working with for years and promised that no complaints were ever made. Were we surprized when we arrived there...! The room... More
