When I looked at the online photographs of this hotel I was amazed - I was so so disappointed on arrival. From Australia my reputable agent had booked a room with a balcony and on arrival I was told by the staff there were no balconies (there was - but other people were in there) and then I was shoved...

The hotel's beautiful building is located not far from the railway station (almost not worth haggling with autorickshaw drivers. The room was comfortable, staff very helpful, food delicious, prices more than reasonable... what more to wish for?

Staff is really friendly and the full concept of the place is really relaxed. All you need to enjoy quality holiday times. The rooms are spacious and clean, with lots of light and really colorful. Really good value for money.

Rooms are generous in size and the staff are really helpful. Hotel is situated in a quiet part of town so you don't have any of the traffic noise. Being a family run hotel the restaurant service is a little slow as every order is made fresh. Rooms and washrooms are clean and fresh. Recommended for families.

I beautiful heritage hotel, within budgets, yet amazing experience, very friendly staff, really good food. one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. A lot of travelers were there, everyone seems to be happy with service. I booked a nNon-AC room, everything was clean and working nicely, felt like home

A beautiful Place and a wonderful Palace to start my stay in Jaipur. The owner was very helpful, gracious and humble. The heritage charm was perfect for inspiration for my design creativity and photo shoot.

A nice heritage building and rooms are different than the normal hotels. Bedding , furniture, floor everything gives a different experience. We wanted to extend next day but rooms were not available so shifted to other hotel. Front desk & Support staff was good. Food taste is average and too much oily.

Though our stay was a comfortable one, it's not an excellent place to stay. We booked a room with AC, they gave a non AC, when asked, the hotel guy responded upfront saying we give only heater & not an AC in this season, come on! when someone booked for an AC, provide them, how they are comfortable is none...

This is a gorgeous property, proud of its royal heritage. There are a range of rooms and it is lovely to wander through the garden. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was spacious and private. Staff at the restaurant are incredible - friendly without being obtrusive, and able to anticipate your every need. Staff around the grounds...

Worst place ever. OPINION ON 3 DIFFERENT ROOMS VISITED. Group of 5, all sharing the same opinion. 1) Money stolen?? Not the first guest with this complain on google reviews! 2) Most of the staff does not speak english. We had to write down our meal orders and learned quickly that we need to be very specific aswell like "Black...
