Great place which as family owned by very nice people. The value for money is very good. Close to everything you want to see. The owners will help you figure out where you want to go. Great experience.

the checkout time when I was there is 12 in the afternoon. if your room is still occupied you will not be able to occupy it till 12, however when we were there we noted most people checkout early so your room might be available early. failing that the owner seems happy to lock up luggage for free so you can always go have a bite to eat until it's available.
