The General's Retreat is an oasis. The place is lovely with expansive grounds, which a few peacocks roam. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. Surinder booked train tickets for us, even got us a senior discount.
This was a lovely retreat to stay at during our stay in Jaipur. Our room on the first floor was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the service was great.

We stayed in a room on the ground floor as it was easier with a baby. I know from my earlier experience though that the upstairs rooms are much brighter and better. That's about one flight one of stairs. Even the dining room... More
