Good front office staff Neat and clean rooms Good breakfast Only the thing iam concern about is; 1. No pick up and drop facility 2. They charge 20% extra for water bottle which is not fair. 3. A beautiful hotel in Jaipur. Rooms were spotless, plenty of hot water. Breakfast basic but good. Beautiful gardens to enjoy the sounds of morning and evening prayers. Rooms were large and bright, staff very helpful. My favourite hotel on our trip to India cant wait to visit again.

The Jai Niwas is basic but very good. It is clean and tidy, has everything you need and the staff are helpful. It is quiet and peaceful, being set in it's own grounds - an oasis in a busy, dirty city.

A truly delightful hotel. Well-situated and well-decorated, with charming staff and two beautiful courtyards. Lovely extras such as a delicious and healthy breakfast and the newspaper at your door everyday. A must-recommend hotel!

Visiting India for a month and this hotel had been the best by far! The location is great for The pink City! The rooms are spacious and authentic. The linen used on the beds is beautiful lovely and soft and the top sheet is a hand crafted block printed cover. A lovely touch. The food was excellent value for money...

Greetings from all of us here at Jai Niwas! Thank you so much for the kind words. It is a pleasure to know you liked the hotel especially the locally sourced hand block printed bed covers. Did you notice that even our curtains are block printed. We are lucky to be in a city with so many lovely handicraft industries...

I visited Jaipur with my family and stayed in Jai Niwas for two days. The place was excellent at the price that I paid. Checkin-Checkout was very smooth. Staff was very friendly. The best part is I feel so closed to nature. The location of Hotel is also in the middle of the city and there are several places nearby...

Greetings from all of us here at Jai Niwas! Thank you so much for the kind words. It is a pleasure to know you liked the hotel. Jai Niwas has many old trees, and if you are interested, you can see green pigeons, grey hornbills, parakeets, mynas, bulbuls, kindfishers and many otehr birds, right from your room window! Lot of surfing and discussions happened before we zeroed in on this address. Amidst apprehensions and unknown fears of landing at a poor choice, we reached the place . The very first step into the campus washed away all our anxiety. Reception was warm, prompt and quick, and before we could mentally set ourselves in-we found our luggage and ourselves comfortably seated...

The boutique bungalow is in a charming green locale in a very convenient location walkable distance to the pink city. The staff were quite helpful although I didn't like their taxi 4 hour package where you pay an an amount based on hours you have taxi drive and wait for you. Surely it would have been better value to do...

Greetings from all of us here at Jai Niwas. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and for the kind words. 4 and 8 hour taxi packages are pretty useful actually. They give you the flexibility to move when you want. A taxi cannot keep going back and forth from the hotel - it is simply not practical, especially...

We had an amazing 1 night stay at Jai Niwas. Small beautifully done tidy oasis. Staff was courteous and food was great. Had a great time playing with my kid in their lawns. It is just 5-6 km from the bazaars.

Brilliant place to visit with elderly. After long journer and long day tour you can have a nice rest at this hotel. Very peaceful and mind relaxing place. Stayed 2 nights with my mom and auntie. All of us enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was also ok for these range of hotels. Value for money.
