We didn't experience like before, worst service, bad room, carts and blanket are not clean.Pupil in Reception were not responsible.

People in reception were rude.. no proper services... all washrooms were stinky... we stayed continuous 3 days.., because we paid advance.. cant get back the money... if you call for a coffee they will come after 1 hour.. this is just an example...
