Never seen such a worst and horrible hotel. I paid around Rs 5500 for a night, but it is really worth Rs 550/- a night. Internet wont work for laptops and no technical support available. The room flooring was very dirty and old. Towels in the bath room look like 5 year old. Terrible outside look. Very disappointed. Can't blame...

It is ideally located in an area which houses some of the best restaurants and away from the city traffic. The Italian restaurant is worth a try and the staff is very cordial and helpful. Rooms, though spacious need some maintenance and had a same damp smell.

At the time of check-in, they ask you for your newspaper preference. However, the newspaper did not reach the room till 7.30am when I left for work! On complaining, the newspaper arrived early the next day, but was taken away by overzealous housekeeping staff on room cleaning, so could not read it in detail in the evening! Had to ask...

Firstly - The hotel is tucked away in between buildings so next to impossible to find and when you call the person who answers doesn't understand english making the job of asking for directions impossible. Secondly - the signage of the hotel is so great that you need Sherlock Holmes assistance in locating it. When i stayed there they had...

We were given a room which had no proper ventilation. Room had very bad smell. We booked for two days but couldn't stay for there more than 12 hours, we reached at 10 pm and vacated at next morning. Both TripAdvisor and Park Pod refused to provide a refund for the 2nd day. Very bad experience.

A no frills property hidden away just off the busy Gemini junction. A sister concern of the Park. Artsy rooms, not high on any front, modern fixtures. Low energy place. A small breakfast buffet but probably good enough. Lots of mosquitos around. Old towels (probably recycled from the Park), bathroom has almost no amenities. A pool with blood red tiles!...

The hotel and their rooms hold a good ambience but on the service side I found it to average and same goes up with the food too. The hotel is good only for solo and stay with friends ( purely from my point of view). The pool is so small and I don't think so people staying there will be...

Mosquitoes galore! After complaining twice the attendant stayed room and would not leave repellant. Walked to reception to complain again and was given the bat. After 2 hours of sleep under sheets was swatting the bugs at 3 am not my idea of even a one hotel. After checking out manager would not even provide proof of checkout and argued...

Park pod Average rooms, average ambience, breakfast was just about ok. The service was just about satisfactory. There's just two floors in the hotel, probably 25 rooms in total. The swimming pool looked dirty. One good thing I felt was the terrace which is on the 2nd floor and is always open for guests as well. They also serve hookah...

Park Hotels market this restaurant as 'Italian'. It us like no Italian that I have ever visited. The dishes were over cooked. I have no idea what my pasta pesto actually was! The fruit plate tasted of onion suggesting that the kitchen has one sharp knife. We gave feedback direct to the chef.
