I have stayed in this hotel twice and have bitter sweet memories of the place. First of all the stay is comfortable. Good clean sheets, 2 pillows a bed, medium sized rooms. The bathrooms need a face lift, its not as clean as one would want it to be. Rust and seepage is prevalent. The carpets are old and need...

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in India for this class and budget. NEVER stay here - despite my poor expectations of most Indian hotels. The first room I stayed in was smelling of bats - the smell from caves, old monuments. The window towards the busy road did not shut and was so noisy that I...

After seeing all the bad reviews as early as last month, I dreaded choosing this hotel for my stays - two times within three days. Chennai was my stopover on my way to Velankanni, Tamil Nadu. However, lo and behold, it is not as bad as they say or they have made a complete and quick makeover. Yes there was...

Hotel is big (in size). Cockroach menace welcomed me..My Electric kettle was full of them. In spite of complaints cockroaches didn't disappear but the kettle itself disappeared and was never replaced. Carpets have started stinking. Service in the dining hall was pathetic. It took us 2 hours to consume one peg and the second peg was never served until we...

The hotel is a downtrodden old place. The only good things to talk about here are the location (close to airport) and the entrance lobby. Coming to all that really matters to a traveler- Check-in- process smooth, No information provided on the amenities available in the hotel. Rooms are old and oddly designed, with old furniture. The walls are wet...

Don't ever take this hotel. It is horrible. Pathetic. Rooms are stinking, furniture totally worn out, food sucks. We stayed there in feb 2012 and had a tough time. Few lights in the room didn't have switches and we couldn't turn them off in the night. Any lodge in chennai wud be better than this place. Please avoid this hotel.

Location wise good hotel at guindy. Rooms were slightly old fashioned needs renovation. Wifi facility is slower as compared to others. Breakfast & dinner was taste wise good. Money wise it is not the best in industry. Good service for air port drop & pick up facility.
