I stayed there with two of my friends. The bed was big enough for three grown up men. The room is quite spacious with all the necessary facilities. The bathroom is not that big but well equipped. The shower lacks force though. Some basic amenities are provided. AC works well and lighting is excellent. Could not really find a downside...

Room condition was extremely poor. Used bedsheets were provided. Unnecessary high charge for beverage. Breakfast menu consists of bread n eggs only. Staffs are hungry for tips. The receptionist was not at all welcoming. When I asked about the details of the rooms, she just answered me with the rent only with an unpleasant attitude. Lift condition was terrible

We arrived at this hotel late at night, booked by indian agency, which gave us usually good hotel, if not excellent. So our surprise is huge stat. Already the reception is clearly felt the general dirt and filth. Then everywhere lift maintenance conditions, with elevator with closing door without glazing, the corridors with threadbare carpet and raised, the filthy and...

I was there on 15 th April 2016 to 23 rd April 2016. According to room tariffs facilities is less. Breakfast was not included.staffs were busy themselves talking, gossiping. Guests needs to wait to talk with f/o staffs. Staffs must wear name badge which is essential. It's not any complain you can consider this as suggestion ...... Sk Taherul Islam

Avoid this hotel at all cost. It was in a good location near the New Market but otherwise it has nothing to recommend it. The rooms were dirty, tired and beds uncomfortable. Windows were broken which mean it was impossible to keep out the mosquitoes. The restaurant was in a basement nightclub that was straight out of the 1970s -...

The lobby is better than the room literally. They are cheat making money out of the people coming from Bangladesh. When you enter the lobby, you would think the hotel might be a good choice, the lobby is really clean. However, when you enter the room, you find it filthy, stinky and old. Everything in the room do not function...
