i don't want to waste my time on badgering the hotel and management staff; I just want to say that this place needs to be completely overhauled in terms of hospitality, behaviour, management, maintenance and staff recruitment in order to avoid a lawsuit. I regret taking my friends there for a holiday night. Never Again. Tips: Go a little farther... More

Swimming pool not very well maintained and very shallow. Deluxe executive room , bath tub condition very bad and was not able to retain the water in it. Although quiet ambience... More

This was one of the many quick shift arranged family get together, that we quite enjoyed every bit. Near to mainland Kolkata, an hours drive at the most. The place was neatly arranged. Has a lot of greenery around. Along with some great innovative decor and a big Central Park. The food was good in buffets, including breakfast, lunch and... More

Hi, I visited palm village in September 2014. The parks, rides are in very poor shape. The large pool in the photo is closed for quite some time as per the manager and for the small pool we need to buy swimming costumes from them. Cows are inside the resort and the road inside the resort is full of cow's waste.... More
