Nice hotel. Friendly welcome. Room had everything I needed (would be best with a small fridge). Good roomservice. Restaurant on the rooftop with good choice of food and drinks. Breakfast modest, but fine. Staff helpful to help with any questions. Location just opposite of the New market couldn't be better.

Pros: Close to Park Street, Esplanade & exactly opposite New Market. Also very close to tourist destinations Victoria Memorial, Birla Planetarium, Indian museum. Breakfast spread was less, but very good. Mr. Imran at the reception & other staff were friendly & courteous. Good for family also. Cons: Room interior was clean, but not clean up to the standard. Toilets - Sanitary fittings were leaking & not operating properly. Also floor & wall tiles were old & require renovation.

The most pathetic experience. They stuck us in a dungeon (Rm 905) up and down the stairs and in a corner - even after booking 10-day ahead. I had requested comfortable stay for my 76-year old mother but they didn't care. And the photos of the hotel/room does not match with the actual experience. Broken taps (Shaky), no hot water (10 lt geyser-have to wait for 10 mins in middle of bath), uncomfortable stay overall and Pathetic people. DON'T GO HERE, IF POSSIBLE.

Pathetic. Reception has no courtesy. They told book from online portal as direct hotel rate is high. Even they said book from online you will get king bed else we have twin bed room. Asked for a good view room given a room with no view. Gyser doesn't work. Room is dirty. Inroom dining doesn't pick up the call. Management need to look on these. Great location with worst experience.

My stay at The Lindsay from October 18 to October 20 was a mixed experience. The rooftop bar stood out as a highlight, offering a superb ambiance and stunning views. However, the room fell short of expectations for a 3-star hotel—organizational aspects could have been improved. Despite this, the standout feature was the exceptional staff. Their professionalism and friendliness made a significant positive impact on my overall impression of the hotel. While room organization may need attention, the attentive and helpful staff contributed to a pleasant stay.

As a location it is best ! Because just in front of New Market. People can do shopping easily. Also they have restaurant. but other side, their room quality is not so much good at all. specially, furniture & other things quality, if we compare with price . But overall people can stay. Whatever, Quality & Choice depends on People.

Everything ! The place is horrendous and disgusting… I’m surprised they even have a business .. nothing seems up to code for 65$. Most worse hotel in the town. The rooms stink, lift malfunctioned, worst dining, horrible breakfast, very old fade furniture, noisy fan. old model box TV, They are not clean, bathrooms were gross,! The door did not seem secure and was not evened out so bugs got in easily. There was only a mini fridge in my room (malfunctioned) and the air conditioner didn’t work at all , couldn`t sleep 4 nights stayed there, later on switched the hotel. I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Bugs everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY

I visited the hotel twice within a week. First experience was good, however, the second experience was horrible I was offered a very substandard room. The rooms lights were not working (room no 307) even though I paid more than last visit. I was told you have been upgraded.
