Everything was great easy check in amazing room it was clean and nice just didn’t offer the breakfast anymore and there was a group of young teen guest running playing in the hall but in the room you didn’t hear to much noise and it was real relaxing
The property was filthy and the room was beyond filthy. Mold in room and bathroom. The hall was smelled like weed. Sheets had stains. There was no breakfast as advertised. Very noisy. Floors were extremely filthy.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained and safe. I will definitely stay there the next weekend beach trip or if just passing through.
First off the rooms are disgusting and not clean the images on the website must have been from when they opened on day one or photoshopped. At 1am I went to the lobby because I had been calling on my cell phone because the phone in our room doesn’t work, for an hour solid getting through once and she put me on hold for 20mins. I get down stairs and she’s ignoring the phone calls coming through. She was sitting there video chatting with a friend. There were unsupervised children in the room next to ours with a baby crying for a solid hour with no adults in the room. She did go and check the room and said she told them to “keep it down” said that the adults went out. The little girl watching the baby looked maybe 11-12. When I asked about a cancellation policy she then told me to talk to the manager in the morning “ion know” were her words. When I asked for a manager or someone else I could speak to she said it’s 1 am I’m not waking anyone up for you. So asked what was I suppose to do because I’ve paid for 2 nights and no one in my room is getting sleep. She then sits down on her phone and starts her video chat back up with her friend and ignores me. When I continue to try and get information from her she ignores me. I asked if she was going to ignore me and she yelled at me saying I can check you out and you can go in your way or you can accept what I have to say and talk to the manager in the morning. I asked for her name and she would not give it to me.…
Friendly check in, with explanation of WiFi. Good ADA bathroom, although the shower chair could have used some bleach to brighten. Good water pressure and easy to regulate temperature. Only complaint was how far from the elevator the room was. Room phone lines have been cut.
