Will stay again!!

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was great! Everyone was so nice and friendly.. The only thing I would say is that the beds could be a bit more comfortable. Still, I would definitely stay again! Thank you, Best Western!More

Great Customer Service

In town for a family wedding and the Best Western Gardendale was the most convenient hotel. The customer service provided by Sharon & Rhonda was exceptional. The hotel, while not fancy, was clean and offered everything we needed for our stay.More

It smelled

We paid over $150 for one night all the chairs were hard chairs no we're comfortable to sit the beds were hard the air conditioner had a mildew problem and there was a general foul order on the third floor we stayedMore

Business trip and Bama Game!

Great for the price. Staff great, clean, great breakfast, very comfortable rooms! Price good. Close enough to shop and dine, yet not noisy with traffic. Definitly our next Bama game or business trip will be a stay at this location!More
